I had a bad exp today when I was told that there is three hours of waiting time for NY State Inspection which is too much to ask for. I was asked to come next day which was not possible because of my commitments. Moreover you can’t book an appointment for this work as it is walk in appointment. Hope this can be better managed.

Horrible customer service, when I asked Khan at the front desk about some screws and I wanted clarification, he told me I asked him a second time already and proceed to yell at me. Completely horrible service and a rip off!

Newly renovated waiting area, comfortable lounge seats. Looks and feel like a spa. At time of review NYC mask wearing is optional, half the people waiting were wearing a mask. 2 of 3 TV were on. Nissan own channel on 1, CBS on the other. Always come early for maintenance, first in first out.

This is such a terrible place to be, and I bought inferior parts, nuts without threads, and said I was incompetent, and the customer at the front desk was talking nonsense. I've had enough of this place!

A "3 to 4 days"service took more than a month, wanted to charge for diagnostic that should be covered - without prior notice. Moreover, no loaner or rental while having my car in service. THE WORST service. Stay away!

had a fantastic experience at the shop! Toni was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. Took my Nissan in after noticing some issues with the suspension and brakes. Toni was the one who helped me through the process — straightforward, no pressure, and clear about what needed to be done. He explained everything in a way that made sense and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The shop replaced the front struts, did a full brake job, and handled a few smaller things I wasn’t even aware of. The car drives much smoother now, and there’s a noticeable difference in handling and stopping. Overall, solid work and fair pricing. I’d 100% go back if I needed anything else.

“WARNING: Do not trust the Nissan Dealer Service Center" I’m sharing my story so that others will not be scammed the way I was. Just 35 days after I bought a new car, the front collision prevention sensor warning light came on. On July 29, I took the car to the dealer service center. The mechanic said that the sensor's bracket was bent after hitting something. I decided then to repair it through my insurance. After waiting 15 days, I got a call notifying me that the repair was “finished.” I went to the center on August 13 to pick up my car. However, when I checked the car, I found that there were new severe scratches and damages to the sides of the right bumper. When confronted about these damages, the staff admitted their mistakes after checking the video, and they promised to fix it. But something felt off. When I opened the hood of the car, there was no sign of the bracket having been replaced. I asked the person in charge, who said he had exchanged it for a new part. I had a strange feeling, and wanted to check the repair. I took my car to another repair shop, where the mechanic at this shop confirmed my worst fears: the dealer service center had, in fact, not replaced the parts. Four days later, on August 18th, I went to the service center to meet with the center’s manager. When I asked him again if his worker had replaced the parts, he insisted that they had. I showed him the recorded videos and pictures from the independent repair shop, and made it clear I was ready to pursue legal action if necessary. It was only then that the manager admitted the truth. The next morning, on August 19, the service center manager called to admit that the worker had lied and not replaced the part. He asked me what I wanted him to do. As I had paid for the repair, I obviously wanted a replacement. They told me they would install the bracket, and said I could pick it up later that day. It was a task that they somehow miraculously accomplished in the span of a few hours, despite having previously held my car for 15 days the first time they took my car to repair it. When I finally picked my car up on August 19, the bumper damage was still not fully repaired. They claimed that one of the parts was “on backorder.” As of today, September 4, I am still waiting for a call from the dealer service center about the completion of repairs! My experience was filled with blatant dishonesty and incompetence. They wasted weeks of my time, damaged my car, and only admitted the truth when confronted. No customer should ever be treated this way. What needs to change: 1. All repair shops should record videos when fixing cars. 2. Customers should have the right to review repair footage from the maintenance shop upon request 3. All repair shops should be reliable for their customers I thought that there must be many other consumers like myself who get scammed like this. I decided to prepare this complaint to prevent this from happening again.

All regular maintenance and car tire prices are overpriced compared to most other places. A simple oil change took 3 hours of waiting.

PLEASE BEWARE of this place **** These people kept my car for over two months and Robbed me over $1,300. I Went in for collision light they told me they know what the issue is and it would cost $2100 to repair. After two weeks they claim they couldn’t find the problem. So they kept the car. I followed up with them after another week. They then told me that they needed to order parts and there was another issue that would cost $185 for parts to repair that. Mind you this car is only 3 years old and only 8000 miles. I paid them $185. After weeks again, I want to pick up my car and was told I had to pay an additional $1100 for labor. I dealt with a representative by the name of Antoni Ljajcevic and the manager who is an absolute disgrace. I don’t my how they stay in business, one little issue like this took them so long to diagnosed and fix and the lies they tell customers.

Went to them the day before a snowstorm on a Saturday at 9:30 am slightly panicked as I had 2 tires with screws imbedded and losing air. John Park was a lifesaver, he contacted my tire & wheel package insurer, got an authorization, had his replace both and I was home by noon. 2nd visit in 2 months and I will only service my outback there, great job John and team !

I always bring my car here for oil change since owning a nissan rougue twice its nice for them to include the multi point check but for the last 2 visits with the oil change I also trying to find out what is the cause of a humming and grinding sound that I hear in my car but when I was there the service advisor said that I have to bring it early coz they're fully booked meanwhile i replaced my wheel hub and bought 4 new tires by matter of elimination hoping the humming and grinding will go away since its still there i went back for my next oil change this time I was there before they open on a Saturday im so glad coz I was the very first one on the bay when they opened i told the service advisor that I need an oil change and also try to find out what is the humming and grinding sound that I hear after 30 minutes the service advisor said that my oil change is done but they cannot perform the diagnosis of my car coz they're busy so disappointing coz I really expect that they will be able to accommodate me since I went there before opening but I guess this service center only take care of customers that doesn't ask questions and just pay the cost . To the owner don't hire a company man, hire an advisor that will help your customers that needs help about their Car seems like all they do is make money for you and I don't see blaming your mechanic/ technician coz what ever job order they receive from the service advisor they will perform it. Operate your service Center like a mom and pops and more customer will come to you

3 Stars because the mechanic who worked on my car disabled and unplugged my dashcam without fixing it back or without warning. I called and spoke to the Service Manager, Chris Schwartz, who listened and agreed that he will address this.

Roberts the best! Always helpful, informative & honest. It can get pretty busy if you come mid day but I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Been coming here for about 7 years with 2 vehicles and never had a problem with the work done on either.

I had an outstanding experience at the Nissan Service Center thanks to Jerry Calderon. Jerry was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He made sure I understood exactly what service my vehicle needed and kept me updated throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was his honesty and great customer service. He made the whole experience smooth, fast, and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about making sure customers are taken care of. If you’re going to the Nissan Service Center, I highly recommend asking for Jerry Calderon. He represents the dealership with professionalism and excellent service. Thank you again, Jerry!

It should have been zero stars for this place. This service center tried to rip me off for a pair of shocks instead of fixing a damaged piece of the rear suspension. I will add a picture of the shock they said was hanging. I am reporting this place to the BBB Monday morning. The service person Natannel Martinez should be fired. Run from this place.the cost quoted for the shocks not need was 400 and change and the window repair was 100 deductible.
