The Service Department at Steve Hahn Auto Group is not honest or trustworthy! On Dec. 17, 2025 I took my Kia Sedona into Steve Hahn Auto Group for the 90,000 mile service prior to going on a 4000 mile road trip the following week. I received our vehicle back with a noisy power steering pump which it did not have prior to the service. Brandon Winward, the service writer, said they did not touch the power steering system and did not take responsibility for the problem. Mr Winward lied! One of the service items was to replace the spark plugs and to do this, the intake manifold must be removed. The power steering hoses are attached to the back side of the intake manifold and the hoses have to be removed from the manifold. I had to have the power steering pump replaced in Phoenix which cost $1723.98. I sent Jared Lingle, the Service Manager an email and followed up with a phone call asking for reimbursement and never received a reply. Think twice before purchasing a New Car from Steve Hahn Auto Group because the service department is totally unreliable and dishonest!

RUN RUN RUN from this place!!! They are sweet and friendly while taking your money! But the minute you have an issue with a car still under warranty. Trust me this means absolutely nothing. I thought I was safe ..turns out they can nit pick till they find the tiniest reason to void it. I'm in a bad place and they will treat you like trash unless your giving to them. Do not expect the same in return. It's a nightmare ! I wish I spent my money elsewhere. Lesson learned now I just want to warn the rest of you. Do not be deceived by the comfort of a Warranty. My 2020 kia storage with only 51,000 miles is known for oil consumption issues but somehow they turned it around and it's now my fault!

From the moment I walked in I can tell it was going to a bad visit, as it always is. The first time the car was serviced it had a recall that was never completed and I just needed them to reset a message that they still haven’t erased till this day. The second time they finally did the recall and a serpentine belt, I paid 530.00 dollars. I get the car home to discover they had broke a vent on the car after replacing the air bags they didn’t say a word about it until I had discover it then to find out the belt they installed was still making a high pitched noise. Before I brought the car back I kept reminding them that it needs to go back and get these parts replaced and the belt examined. Turns out they didn’t fix the belt correctly and charged me another 120.00. They did fix the vent they broke. When I picked up this car for this last and final time the tire was low from sitting we go to the service desk and asked to get it aired up, he looked completely annoyed that I even asked such a question. They did come and air it up reluctantly. Iv have never had such bad service in all areas from an actual dealership. I’ll never return, I’ll ship it to tri cities dealerships before I attempt to return the car to Steve Hahns.

Loved our experience with Alexis in sales, Jordan and Alex in finance, and the General Manager here is very kind and supportive to talk to as well! We just bought the first new car my wife and I have ever bought, and my wife loved the sales experience, test drives, and patience shown by the team at Steve Hahn. We already loved the maintenance they had on our old Kia we get serviced here too, so happy to now have two cars to keep running for a long time with their team.
