★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely rude and does not listen. I was referred to Steve's and called last week to see when they had availability for an inspection for my ford e450 triton v10 6.8l. Steve insists it's diesel 3 times over the course of our conversation and I keep telling him it's gas. Tells me to bring it in Tuesday morning. I pull in and he asks "what the hell he's supposed to do with that (van)" and claimed I didn't tell him what it was and said he assumed it was a truck. Speaks for itself here, apparently didn't even know what an e450 was and gave me attitude for it. It's one thing to not have the space to service it, I understand that, but it's another to be rude and unprofessional. There's clearly either something going on in his personal life he has yet to get a grip on by how upset he got by this situation despite him not going out of his way at all as we spoke for a minute tops, or he's simply just an angry old man.
