After some back-and-forth with the initially assigned salesperson, we worked with Andy Torres, who made the process much smoother and was extremely patient throughout. Roselyn, another sales person also helped facilitate early communication after things didn’t work out with the first sales manager. Bought a ford bronco from them yesterday. They let me drive away with the windshield washer fluid indicator on and neither front blinkers working. They did offer for me to bring it back in and they will have it fixed. Other than that the process was fast and easy. I love the car so far !

I was interested in a used vehicle and contacted the dealership to request an out-the-door price. I spoke with Nagib, who was courteous and professional throughout our conversation. He informed me that the advertised price was actually $3,000 higher, which made the vehicle less competitive. Although he offered to provide the final pricing, I ultimately decided not to proceed due to the increased cost. I genuinely appreciated his transparency and honesty, which was a refreshing contrast to my previous experience with less ethical sales practices at Infiniti of Edison.

Erica and Gustavo ensured my filter was ordered the day before and my tires were definitely rotated as well. I must say my experience each time is greater and I will always be thankful! Five Stars for Steven’s Jersey City Ford. Indeed, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Steven’s to obtain my 2 door 2025 Ford Bronco. I mean, cooperation was forthcoming from many in their friendly staff and also included help and advice from the service department! The rising star here is the salesman. Na Jib. He was a most effective and helpful individual with a warm smile. From the very first start he won we over because I told him the Bronco is nice but getting in and out may change my mind. Na Jib saved the sale by offering me runners at no additional cost. I said I want to drive the Bronco to my home to see how it fits and handles in my property. Shortly after he accompanied me as I drove it into my gate and up the driveway. From here on, it was the crunching of the numbers and his assistance was tremendous. The deal was closed and attended by a very knowledgeable and pleasant individual named, Mohamed. Another sales staff member, Nick, was very helpful. Accidentally, after purchase, I rode the car in wrong gear and it misfired. I brought the car in and they went out their way to check it at once and sent me home a happy camper. There was no ceremony or waiting, they all acted as a team to see me leave satisfied. I have purchased many cars but this rates as my best experience yet. Often times dealers limit the salesman’s activities but here Na Jib moved with determination to make sure I got first rate treatment.
