Update: The manager called me the next day and said it was a scheduling snafu on their part. He picked up my vehicle, completed the recall work and returned my vehicle back home all in the same day! Original post: Wish I could give them my business but they were not able to accommodate my situation even though they said they could. Have a Ridgeline that has two recalls that will take 8 hours to fix. I live over 1 hour away. Service department initially said I could use a loaner vehicle while my repairs were completed but the evening I was going to drop off my truck they told me no loaners were available. I scheduled my recall repairs one month in advance. How hard would it be to reserve a loaner?? Extremely disappointed with this dealership.

I just purchased a 2025 Pilot Elite from Stevenson-Hendrick Honda, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience, especially working with my sales rep, Bubba Williamson. I traded in my 2018 CR-V because our family is growing, and the extra space and third row were calling my name. This is actually my fourth Honda from Stevenson over the past two decades. The consistent, outstanding service is what keeps me coming back. I’m a tried and true Honda gal! I first connected with Ben Laughman through the Exchange Your Keys program (which was also a great experience), and he introduced me to Bubba. We initially met on Monday when I test drove the Pilot, but I returned Thursday and spent nearly seven hours going over every detail. This was a major purchase for me, and I had a lot of questions, especially when it came to the warranty options (hello, analysis paralysis). Bubba never rushed me. He was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly so I could feel confident in my decisions. Bubba brings so much knowledge to the table. From service to trade-ins to finance then sales and it shows. His experience made a huge difference, and he offered top-notch service without ever being pushy. You can tell he’s a family man and someone who was simply raised right. Mr. Hendrick, if you’re reading this: Bubba is a gem. Promote this man! Out of the four sales reps I’ve worked with over the last 16 years, Bubba deserves the gold medal. If you’re shopping for a new vehicle in Wilmington or surrounding areas, do yourself a favor and ask for Bubba Williamson. You’ll be in great hands!

I had my 2019 Honda Accord serviced under warranty at Stevenson-Hendrick Honda Wilmington. My service advisor was Alissa Mitchell. Alissa was absolutely tremendous and extremely helpful. She was quick to answer my calls, quick to return them, did a fantastic job answering all my questions, and went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was properly repaired and that I had a great loaner vehicle to drive while the work was being completed. This is the second time Alissa has helped me, and she has provided tremendous customer support both times. The combination of receiving a lifetime powertrain warranty on my vehicle and Alissa’s exceptional customer service expertise will bring me back here (even though it’s a 3+ hour drive) when I purchase my next Honda. And yes, I will request Alissa be set up as the Service Advisor for my next vehicle.
