Great, fast service! They figured out my A/C issue that another shop couldn’t solve. The A/C in my Mini Cooper would randomly stop working throughout the summer, but it’s been working perfectly since they fixed it. I also mentioned that I had an upcoming inspection, and they checked out my car to make sure I’d pass. They let me know my front tires were at the bar line, which was super helpful. I was able to get all my maintenance done at the same time since it had been a while. Overall, I was very happy with the service and really appreciate that they were able to get my Mini’s A/C working again!

I was referred to Wilmington Motor Werk (at the time) as a BMW Specialized automotive service center when I relocated to Wilmington, NC. They have done a great job on all services for my BMW 328i since arriving five years ago. I would recommend anyone in the area with German made vehicles to visit Wilmington Auto Solutions for their next service. They also service other non German vehicles and I plan to bring my wife’s Chevy Blazer for service once the warranty expires.
