Great service and great people! I’m a car guy and love owning and working on interesting cars that may or may not be known to have some issues from time to time. It’s great to have these Land Rover enthusiasts so close by. The encyclopedia of service manuals in the waiting room and all of the knowledgeable people like Jacob and others give off a great vibe. This place makes me feel great about ownership of a new (to me) Land Rover in Wilmington!

There are two reasons I don't take my girlfriend on long drives in my range rover. One I don't have a girlfriend too I don't have a Range Rover. The best thing I can tell you is that I do not live in this town but if I did I would love to come here to have my vehicle serviced by these guys. Jacob was amazing and very patient with me and my family in his explanation, description, handling of our Range Rover warning light issues. We went to the Land Rover dealership to be serviced and this was the place that they recommend, it was an amazing recommendation. I believe they have a hundred years of experience with their mechanics. With my writing this review there were already seven reviews and all were five stars, one was by another elite member so I was very happy to see that review. In a world where there are a lot of shifty people that would love to take money it is nice to know that there is a shop with integrity and amazing customer service.

I was searching nationwide for a well maintained LR3 and stumbled across one in Wilmington. Being that it was a 10 year old Land Rover at a used car dealer I started looking for a local specialist to do a PPI. Luckily enough I found Euro-Tek. Richard couldn't have been any nicer and offered to get the truck in for a PPI that same day. They gave the truck a thumbs up and I flew in and drove it back to Denver, loaded it up with 5 people, a Yellow Lab, and a bunch of gear and headed to Moab for the weekend. Over 3000 miles crossing the Rockies, having a good time on some mild trails in Moab in less than a week and the truck hasn't skipped a beat - it seems the guys at Euro-Tek knew what they were looking at!

Amazing customer service. Had a $13k estimate from another shop and they did the work plus preventative maintenance for half the cost and in half the time. Was also super helpful when I needed recommendations for work that was outside what they do. 10/10 will recommend for anyone who has a Jaguar or Land Rover. They will be getting ALL my business.

Even before I received an estimate...I knew I wanted to spend my money with them. This may sound a bit cheesy, but honestly if their level of customer service is indicative of their level of work, then I have found my forever repair shop. Jacob stayed after closing hours so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain or cold after dropping my car off for an estimate on electrical work. First point of contact was the wonderful assistant, Laura. She checked on me when I got delayed in bringing in my car. Then the next morning, received a link and the report was very detailed and then the subsequent phone conversation, they explained everything to me and I agreed to the work. VERY VERY FAIR ESTIMATE especially since not a lot of people understand the electrical part. Another repair shop, quoted an amount of about 3 times as much AND told me that they needed to call a Mobile repair shop to assist, but couldn't make any guarantees. Thankfully, this is a project car for me and not my main source of transportation. So, I could take my time in getting estimates and evaluating different shops. Anyway, I am very pleased with everything. They are truly experts, who care about their POTENTIAL customers. They aim to earn your business, and keep your business.

No one wants to see a "low coolant" light on the way to vacation. When I called our usual mechanic in Charlotte, he told me I needed to get it fixed while I was at the beach. I found Euro Tek with a Google search. They got me in same day and had a loaner for me overnight, while they fixed the issue with parts they had in stock already. So professional and responsive, and my usual mechanic in Charlotte gave them a thumbs-up, as well, for how thorough they were. I'd highly recommend.

Euro-Tek, Jacob, Richard, everyone...There just aren't enough stars here to express how wonderful you all are. I know it's not cool for Land Rover owners to cry, but I am truly overwhelmed by how many times over the years you have made sure I was able to get to work and do my job no matter how broken my Rover was. Big problem, little problem, my mysterious brake lights that work only in your parking lot problem...you are always there with a lightening fast appointment, a truthful explanation, and a fair and honest price. You are simply THE BEST EVER at keeping Land Rover owners up and running and safe and sound.

These people are amazing. Excellent customer service by Laura, superb knowledge, education and details by Jacob and just overall professionals. Thoroughly checked my Range Rover from top to bottom and even found something that I had forgotten to tell them I wanted them to take a look at. I have always taken this vehicle to the dealer but that stops today. In additional to the excellent work, they were hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealership would have charged. Returning here is a no brainer for me and I look forward to them keeping my vehicle in top shape for the years to come.

Exceptional service!! Jacob and his team KNOW range rovers and love working on them. I drove over an hour to service my RRS and they were able to reset my blind spot monitoring system/reverse direction traffic monitoring, and answer a host of questions about rovers... yes, they do have a lot of quirks. This is my choice to take Range Rovers and Jaguars for a thorough diagnosis and wallet friendly. Very proficient staff, knowledgeable and transparent. LR4 owner. Euro-Tek is my go to mechanic. Jacob, Laura, and company have never let me down. If you drive an LR, look no further. Ive had preventive maintenance, repairs, and OEM modifications installed here. They warranty their parts, have reasonable rates compared to most certified LR mechanics, and have never kept my car more than a week. Highly recommended.
