The alignment, balancing, and speed of work, are great, along with prices. However, they disregard the manufacturers specifications, and then want to say it is no big deal, and I'm wrong. Very uneducated "technician"

My childrens father took his truck he bought from Kenny Lovetts to have a bunch of work done and new tires put on. They did a terrible job! It had to go back. Also they kept the old tires and sold them without asking if he wanted to keep them. Probably about an $800 set of tires. Spent close to $5000 cash after everything was said and done and let’s just say we won’t go back there again. No we don’t recommend this company. The truck is still having issues. When you spend that much money you should be very satisfied. The company should treat you exceptionally well. We received neither. Not impressed at all.

This is the best auto mechanic shop around. From the receptionist to the mechanics this place is outstanding. Another mechanic completely destroyed my Subaru engine. I had my car towed to Grissom and they did a total engine replacement, and the car is better than it was before. I will recommend this shop to any and all my friends. The price was perfect and the service was impeccable!!!

Had to have a bunch of bearings pressed out of some linkages, they knocked it out and didn't even charge me. They seem to know how to do anything and everything. My family has been taking them equipment and vehicles for generations and they always have been able to do anything and for a good price. Def a shop you can trust to get it done right and quality work.

I was having an issue with my truck having a vibration at high speeds. I went to three different shops over the course of a couple years. Was told to buy tires and everything, never fixed my issue. Someone told me to stop in here, these guys took the time to truly look into my concerns and identified the actual issue. I was able to replace that part today and my vibration is gone!!!!!! I am beyond thankful for this shop who truly took the time to investigate my issue. They nailed it. Thank you so much for everything!! My shop from now on no question.

I Needed my front to tires balanced and a 4 wheel alignment. I worked with a younger gentleman, he did a great job for a reasonable price, the wheels were also oversized so the tech adjusted my camber angle so that I wasn’t rubbing on my quarter panels when going over bumps. he let me what what degree he adjusted them too and told me about a part I should look at getting replaced that I hadn’t noticed before. everyone was friendly and answered all my questions without acting annoyed, from the front desk to the tech working on my car. I would recommend them to anyone needing an alignment.
