I went here to have my check engine light diagnosed. They helped me right away and thankfully it was only because my fuel cap wasn’t on tight enough. He told me should I need to return, if the light came back on, they would give me the diagnostic info for the car dealership since this was a car I had just bought.

My car was overheating and was very low on coolant. Even though it was passed closing time I knocked on the door and Kevin and John came and helped me get coolant fluid. If they didn't help me the closest store was 15 minutes away and I don't think my car would have made it without causing damage to the engine. Shout out to John and especially Kevin! Thanks guys for going the extra mile!

Brandon is a gem of an employee!!! I stopped here after my battery died on my way home and Brandon was so helpful. He had a heck of a time trying to change my battery due to a huge amount of corrosion and rust. It even started raining on us outside and he kept a positive attitude throughout the whole interaction. He thoroughly explained things to me about the change when I asked and got me back on the road! Amazing customer service- thank you for making my day!

I am submitting this to let everyone know what a great store location this year. Not just today’s visit but every time I come here. Today I just needed simple wiper blades but the experience was fantastic. I ended up spending time with Ralph.Guzzardo who I ended up finding out is the GM. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and it showed that customer service mattered to him. When we were finished, I asked for a business card so that I could submit a survey, that is how I found out that he was the GM. I frequent this store periodically throughout the year…great place, great people, and I just wanted to let you all know.

Best Experience!!! I was experiencing car problems, and I was stuck at an appointment in wilmington the guys at advanced went above and beyond to not only come to me and assist in helping Me when my car wouldn't start but to than help me get my car to the store location where I can purchase the parts and refered a road side car assistance to come and install the needed part. On top of all the car service the respect and kindness they showed me while waiting patiently for roadside to fix my car was top notch. Extremely trust worthy and respectable guys! I highly recommend them for all your car needs.

Kaitlin was so incredibly helpful. I went to get my hair cut a few buildings over and my car died, and several back and forth walking trips with my sister (who was with me during all of this). Had a bearing hub that needed replaced on the Band Van that a repair shop quoted me $415 to replace.. said they had to press the bearings out and "it was going to be a difficult job". Also wanted to charge me $189 for the part. A simple search on my phone showed me that Advanced Auto Parts had the part for $89... So I told them I'd buy the part and come back in a few days. Joe at AAP showed me their reference pics for the part and assured me that a 50 ton press was not necessary. Neither was dropping $415. In the end me and my bandmate swapped the part and got the band van ready for the next gig. Parts: $93 Tools (that I needed to buy anyways for a new job) $76 Lesson / Experience of not overpaying: Priceless AAP is a no brainier for me! Great knowledge and customer service un matched by any other chain!
