With not knowing much about cars it’s hard to know who I can trust with my vehicle and not get ripped off. All I could do is explain what I was hearing and that wasn’t even very well. The employees treated me with respect, professionalism, were timely in what they had to figure out and fix, and the pricing was fair. Explained everything! I have a 2011 Honda Element. I left feeling like I understood what was wrong with my car, and not just paying a bunch of money hoping it got fixed. They gave a printed sheet with problems addressed and issues found, estimates, and timeline for repair. One of the few places I have been to in Wilmington like that. This is the place if you want a one stop shop.

I had a few issues with my car and was referred to Garage Fellas from a friend. I called and spoke to Austin and he answered several of my questions and concerns I had. I brought my car in the next morning and he emailed a quote prior to doing any work on my vehicle which was so helpful. I wasn't in any hurry due to them being short handed. I definitely recommend these guys. My spelling is horrible but Louis and Austin were very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Only one thing they didn't wash my car or fill up my gas tank. Hahaha totally kidding

I was very disatisfied with service I recently received at Garagefellas. I brought my car in because of an obvious noise in the rear. For some reason they found it necessary to do an "inspection" on the car, where they look for anything else that might be an issue. They knew what my car was there for but wasted all of our time going through this. AND charged $129 for this service! I find that to be a shady business practice and when questioned they reduced the $129 by half for me. How kind. So they decided that I needed rear shocks and rear tires due to sporadic contact with the road due to the shock issue. After paying $1,002, I drove my car home only to hear the same sound was still there! I was told it must now need a suspension control arm. So I brought the car back to have that done.. While they had the car apart, they discovered that wasn't what was needed, but instead the problem was a small part possibly called a shock topper. So I would need that part - that was the problem. I couldn't help but wonder if that was the problem from the start and new shocks and tires were not necessary...? because as soon as that $66 part was replaced, the noise was gone. They didn't charge me for labor for that, I only had to pay for the part. I wonder why. I also needed a hanging wire secured in the front of the car. Which was done. But a week later, the wire is now hanging once again. I would not recommend this place as I feel they Yes you to death and are verbally accommodating but I don't know if they actually knew what they were doing. This job cost me money that I literally did not have and it has left me feeling upset and taken advantage of.

I showed up as a walk in. I needed a State Inspection. Since it is only a $30 job most garages try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Austin greeted me with like he was glad I was there and promptly took care of my inspection by squeezing me in between bigger jobs. It was a great experience, and by the way, he didn’t try to lure me into unwanted services and thus earned a new customer!
