I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This shop quoted me $3,200 to replace a control arm because they claimed the guide bolt couldn’t be removed and the entire part had to be replaced. They didn’t even attempt to extract the bolt they immediately pushed for a full replacement. I took my car to Harrys Auto Repair for a second opinion, and they removed the bolt immediately and fixed the issue without replacing the entire control arm. I saved roughly $2,900. In my experience, this shop went straight for the most expensive option instead of actually trying to repair the problem. That doesn’t sit right with me. Get a second opinion before agreeing to anything here. You could save yourself thousands.

Came here for a basic front tire change, which they did a good job with, but when I went to pick up the car it was giving a hybrid battery error and wouldn't start. The guys at Stress-Free couldn't figure it out and made me tow it to another repair shop. The guys at Greentec were able to diagnose it in 10min. Turns out there was a high voltage fuse disconnected in the trunk that just needed to be pushed back in all the way. I don't know how that could even happen from a tire change. I don't think it was done maliciously. Adding a star because they at least apologized and refunded the tow truck cost. I definitely wouldn't trust these guys with my car again, and certainly not for anything that needs actual troubleshooting skills.

I was hesitant to take my 2005 Durango Hemi to a shop because I do my own repairs here and there but Stress Free Auto was fantastic with helping me solve a month long problem. Although their diagnostic services were very thorough and efficient (they gave PDF and digital files of everything that needs Urgent Attention, Requires Future Attention, and Good items), they quoted me nearly $6000 for a Steering Rack and Pinion Replacement. I’ve called other shops and I’ve mostly gotten quotes in the range of $1,400-$1,500 for the same parts and service. If you only want diagnostics, this is a good place to go, for parts and labor, you’re better off elsewhere.

Most stressful place despite having the name stress free. Charged me $1800 for my AC repair but it still doesn't blow cold air. After changing almost every part of the AC system, they asked for $720 more to do more inspection and then see what's going on. Why not in the first inspection. My car was there for more than three weeks and they still didn't figure it out. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Had to get a diagnosis. Searched for a place, saw this had good ratings and I can understand why. Service advisor Omar was very professional and nice in providing me Lyft to work as my car was getting worked on. The technician Sam worked thoroughly on my car where proof was visible via live camera feed. I was provided a comprehensive breakdown with pricing, notes, photos, etc. which is very helpful. There was plenty of space to park around the establishment at the corner of an intersection.

The manager here was so so very helpful informative, honest, and nice to work with. I ended up coming here to fix my alternator and I had also gotten told by another mechanic that I needed multi[le things fixed but the mechanics here went over and did a free inspection of my car along with the service and did not make note of that needing repaired. They give such a detailed report of your car and what could be improved, what's necessary to fix soon and what's not necessary now but will be down the line. They provide pictures throughout the whole process and even let you watch the mechanic work on your car through their nest camera. They ended up overcharging me a bit ($30) but quickly called me back on the phone to let me know that it happened and to get a refund. Very honest people, mechanics, and so very thorough.

I had a great experience at this place. What really stood out to me was how quickly they returned my car, the service was fast and efficient. I also appreciated the transparency, since I was able to watch the repair process live through their cameras, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I originally came in to repair my tire after it had been punctured by a screw. I was offered a multi-point inspection, which I agreed to for peace of mind. I dropped my car off at my scheduled 2 PM appointment and was told they’d let me know if it needed to stay overnight, but I never received an update and my car stayed at the shop. The next day, I received a quote for roughly $1,400 in recommended repairs. While I expected some maintenance suggestions, the jump from a simple tire fix to that amount was surprising. I decided to move forward since my car was already there, but then I was told my tire might not be repairable due to the size of the screw and that I might need to purchase two new tires. On top of that, because I couldn’t locate my wheel lock key, I was quoted about 2½ hours of labor just to remove the lock. After doing some research and calling other shops, those estimates felt high, and I started to feel uncomfortable with the direction things were going. The revised quote exceeded $2,000 (not including possible new tires), so I chose to pick up my car and get a second opinion. Another shop repaired the tire quickly for $60, confirmed the tire was in good condition, and didn’t push any additional services. I completely understand shops making recommendations, but clear communication, realistic timelines, and avoiding excessive upselling go a long way in building trust. Unfortunately, this experience left me uneasy, and I personally wouldn’t return.

I really like them But if you’re getting your warranty there, 1 use your name on the warranty or I could delay you getting your car too. If that’s your only car definitely get a rental I end up having to pay about $75-$80 to get back-and-forth there twice plus pay 600 and something dollars for Other things so for a single mom that was really a dipper for me. You should call your warranty and make sure that everything is moving accordingly if you were a person that definitely need your car quick work with them. Do not just suspect for them to do everything or it would take a lot of time cause that $80 I could’ve really used for me and my children, but they do work fast and I really like that. I really feel that they are not a company that tries to extort money out of you and I will recommend this company for a lot of people to go to but as soon as you get your warranty, FYI, just get you a rental if it comes with your warranty and make sure if something is denied in your warranty that is not because it needs to be done by the manufacturer and that’s where we kind of. Had a difference in communication when I talked to the warranty people that two of my things that needed to be fixed that was not covered was only denied because it needed to be fixed by the manufacturer and if I did not talk to my warranty company, I would’ve never knew and thought I would’ve had to pay out-of-pocket so you need to communicate with your warranty company as well as communicating with them so you have a full understanding if something is not covered. But this is a great place and everything was fixed within 3 to 4 days. I believe they’re very quick very decent people and very kind and very Family Friend friendly.

I’d like to share the before and after of my vandalized windshield wiper. Thank you so much for fixing everything so quickly! The response time was incredible — they reached out within 15 minutes of me submitting my project. I dropped my car off on Friday and had it back on Saturday. The actual repair took only about 30 minutes; we just had to wait for the part, which arrived surprisingly fast.
