By far the best oil changers I've been to. They checked everything. Even told and showed me what the last oil changers (take 5) didn't do. IDC if the oil change is $200 (it wasn't) I'll go here EVERY TIME. Thank yall so much for saving my car! See you later!

I went for the vehicle inspection today. The car was completed within 10-15 minutes and all was well. We have had oil changes there previously. It has. a noce atmosphere and service is always timely.. I will continue to go there for automobile needs!!

I hate to give a poor review, especially in this economy. That being said I just got my oil changed here and while the service was efficient and kind, I feel like I was taken for a ride. I have a 2012 Honda and was charged 100 dollars for a simple oil change with no filter change at that. After speaking to my dad and stepdad who have 40+ years of car experience, I know what I was told about my car not being able to take conventional oil was not accurate. Fully synthetic oil was put in my car, which I’ve now learned should be good after a change for at least 7-8k miles. However, the time on my sticker stated I need to return for another oil change after 3,000 miles. The people that helped me were perfectly nice, and they did a great job with my service. I’m sure they were just repeating what they were told to say about oil from their upper management. I, in no way, would like the people that worked on my car to be penelized for this review because the pricing is not their fault. However, I hate that feeling that as a woman, I have to be an expert in order to not have the wool pulled over my eyes when it comes to getting my car maintenance. Its a shame. If you go here your oil change will be fast, but I cant say that it will come at a reasonable price.

I had the best experience with these guys and they done the best around town in Hickory and I plan on coming back to them from now on out. Especially the guys that were working on 20 August because I used the coupon online, I had a good price and they were very nice to me And we’re very honest upfront.

Honesty is the best policy! My daughter and I stopped on our way home in WA State as I thought it was time for a oil change. After inspecting the condition of my current oil, I was shown and explained how clean the oil was and did not need to change it yet. I could have spent $$ for an unnecessary oil change.Thank you! Finally a place where Mechanics are very knowledgeable caring and have excellent skills. Prices are reasonable.and the service was excellent. Even at the end of the appointment, with having a Volkswagen, It was pretty tricky with resetting the dashboard messages. The Mechanic was very patient and determined to figure it out and he did!! It was not a common, just push this button. To reset, it was a configuration of several things. Thank you strickland brothers!! I will see you and another seven thousand miles.

Got a coupon through text, 50% off a regular oil change or $25 off a premium oil change. Went there and the dude tried telling me it had to have premium oil change because my vehicle could only use full synthetic oil, which was a lie, I looked it up then called service at the dealership. All I've ever used is synthetic blend and dealership said that was perfectly fine. Then the guy proceeded to tell me $89.99 for the oil change, lmao NO THANK YOU! Sig's Tire Did it once again and as always $50 total with tax. Sig's is hands down best around Hickory, NC

Jacob, Bryson, and Derrick all did an amazing job working on my vehicle. They greeted me with a very fresh cold bottle of water and got me in the bay in no time. They got me into their system and then started working on my car, they showed me my oil prior to getting started and told me it was a perfect time for an oil change. They even showed me my engine and cabin air filter (which I never knew I had one) and even checked my tire pressure! I have never seen such a friendly and non lying group of people. They tell you the truth and don’t pressure you into anything! Will definitely be coming back!

I only go to Strickland Brothers for my oil changes now. They are fantastic across the board and this location specifically has an exceptional crew! It's difficult to find great car maintenance service but these guys treated me like family. They are honest, caring individuals that go above and beyond every single time! Purchased a used vehicle to keep miles off of newer truck. Took it in for change even though the sticker had about 2000 miles left because I wanted to make sure . The guys were totally honest and said they would not change it yet because the color was showing it did t have any miles on last oil change. Being honest will go a long way with me. They could have easily changed the oil and made the $$$$ from it but was honest and told me it did not need to be changed yet.
