I went in at around 1:30 with a group of my friends in my car club we went In to get gas, snacks and use the restrooms things that normal people do at a cornerstore. As I am in line about to pay the lady at the counter starts calling the cop and describes us as a "congregation of people making her feel unsafe and that we were harassing her". Mind you two of my friends are pumping gas while the other two are putting air in their tires. As I try to explain to her that we are just minding our business and that we are about to leave we are just shopping and getting gas she ignores me and was very rude to me and when I asked for my money back because I did not want to purchase anything there she rudely throw the money at me. When I tried to call the store this morning to talk to a manager they hung up on me twice. I think the workers here are very unprofessional and rude and should be fired.

Now that I have time. I went to this particular store. On three separate occasions. Went in to purchase lottery tickets. The cashier explains they don't sell tickets till 6am. Afterwards I go in a few days later after 6am only to be told lotto tickets hadn't been checked in or accounted for. Therefore, I try my luck again today after six closer to 6:30am and the lotto tickets hadn't been logged in or accounted for. Now I see why I really don't go to this particular store. Unprofessional.

Be careful of bringing other items into the store. I was accused of stealing a bag of chips that I already had in my pocket when I went inside. This all happened after I payed for a fountain soda and food from the Loredo Taco Company. I came here quite a few times and everything is always fine until now. How embarrassing this was for me I won't be doing business here anymore. I'll be speaking to the manager and corporate office. Ridiculous.

Was going to fill up but my son (14, autistic) needed to use the bathroom. The men's was partially blocked so I asked if they were closed, and then if my son could use the women's. At first we were told no, then yes and the cashier went to make sure there were no women in there. The cashier waited nearby to I'm sure let women know if they were going to go towards the bathroom. Another employee went and talked to someome and came back and said to close the women's too because, "men can't be going into women's bathrooms". Then another said loudly how, "THAT'S NOT ALLOWED. MEN CAN'T GO IN WOMENS' BATHROOMS." I calmly told her he was a child. Luckily my son came out and we left before I got rude back. With the exception of the one cashier who went to check and waited, everyone else are just terrible people. I hope they all run out of gas to somewhere important soon.

I stopped at Stripes on Everhart and SPID this morning to pic up my usual coffee, drinks and food for my day. My first stop in store was to order a taco as I approached I noticed no line and only 1 order on prep bar. The employee seemed to be fumbling with order and said give him a minute after a couple of minutes of waiting he finally was ready but the first thing he said instead of what can I get for you,were just to let you know it’s going to be a bit I have to make tortillas to discourage me to order and succeeded and overheard him say when I was walking away “SWEET” and satisfied he didn’t have to make my order. Although he probably did me a favor as I was waiting I noticed how unappealing the food and workstations were a catastrophic mess as well as himself and the rest of the store including the sticky mess of a coffee stand. I Have noticed when it’s the employees that were working today there is more personal conversation and joking around than tending to customers. On my way to circle K.

Went to this place and tried to get air in my tire cause it was riding low. Turned out the machine was not working. Went inside to let clerk know and she said stripes was not responsible for this machine. She also told me to call the number on side if I needed help. Guys just so you know you put your brand on it you are responsible. It’s not my job to call customer service to fix a machine on your lot. I also told the clerk they should put a not on the item to show it wasn’t working. In typical customer service they found an excuse to not something that would show courtesy to others. But I guess I put my $2.50 worth of comments.

Store manager refused to sell me cigarettes after giving him my driver's license then said he would call the police on me if I didnt leave. 2 minute discussion no arguing or being rude. Then laughed with another member of management about arresting me. Then watched as a hispanic men with beer were sold products with no hassle, not even ID'd....very racist encounter dont wish to return even if they paid me to.
