I was told that my service was going to take 3 hours. I’m currently sitting in the lobby at the 8 hour mark… Apparently no loaner is available and I’m really hoping I can at least get my car back today. This is my first time coming here. Goodbye to my day off. I won’t be coming back.

Great customer service, you can wait until your vehicle is ready or take the free shuttle to the mall, or your desired destination in the area. While you wait experience the snack area for chips and a hot beverage or cold bottle of water. The complimentary car wash service is also a very nice touch!

Had a bit of an emergency where I needed to get the alternator replaced in my car after it wouldn't start. They couldn't replace the part until the next day, but I was still able to drop off my car and get a rental until the replacement was done, which saved me a lot of stress! Everyone I spoke to was very nice and the prices aren't too bad considering it's a dealership. Would come here again.

5 hours for a oil change, tire rotation, filter change, and inspection? Could have done it in 20 minutes at Valvoline for half the price. Just find a local shop and avoid this place. They only got one poor guy working the service desk, get him some help!
