I had my white truck taken there and he did great the first time so I went to him again when my fuel pump went out and he installed a anti theft lock that shut down my truck do NOT GO TO HIM SCAM

We were in West Texas on our family Thanksgiving trip when my car ceased to run. I was 1,000 miles from home with my wife, three year old son, sister-in-law and nephew; from Lamesa to Midland not one auto repair shop could pinpoint the issue. We finally coasted into the O'Reilly's on Big Spring and the manager told us to "Go see Sugar!" So we got in the car and coasted right to Sugar's shop (Go to the back) where Sugar and his tech listened to our situation and fit us into their day. They then initiated multiple tests to pinpoint the issue to get the right diagnosis knowing funds were limited after the holiday. Those guys got me and the family back to Phoenix safe and sound. Sugar even called us around 10 PM while we were on the road to make sure all was well! I highly recommend these guys, you cannot put a price on dependability and honesty! Thanks guys! These guys got my AC running great. I remember my dad going to Sugar's when i was a child. I went to 5 places today that gave me the runaround about being to busy and they had to do multiple things to my truck which I knew where are necessary. At Sugar's although he was extremely busy as well he had no problem getting the job done and quick I recommend going here for any auto repair you need.

Sugar is the absolute best! He explained what parts I needed and why and ensured I got the best ones that would last. He got me in immediately, even staying late to get the job done. I have a high mileage truck and he showed me what I needed to keep an eye on and how to know when a service was required to keep it running as long as possible. He is so friendly and cares about the customer - I cannot recommend him enough!

We were in Midland visiting our daughter and new grandbaby.. our car started leaking coolant ..O’Reillys auto shop on Big Springs recommended Sugars… he got us in next day and was great to work with and charged a fair price . He even said come back before you drive back to California and I’ll check everything to make it is ok But it all seemed OK, no leaks, so we didn’t go back but made it to California and I’ve been driving it ever since no problems. Would definitely go back to Sugars!!
