Unsatisfied horrible service, since the truck got out of the shop, steering wheel was not straight, when breaking the truck would pull to the right. When turning, right front wheel would make a popping sound, another alignment shop checked it and found lower control loose for camber and caster adjustments and missing alignment pins. No wonder they don’t offer you warranty.

I never leave reviews but this one I feel like needs to be known to help others, I brought my vehicle in for a suspension issue and was quoted between 5k-8k for “bad/worn control arms” and even tried to tell me I had a internal leak in transmission I will need to get fixed as well. I made the choice to decline and take my truck somewhere else. I found a trustworthy guy that took less then a hour to tell me that my control arms are fine no issues and only a bolt needed to be tightened. He had it fixed quick and only charged me 100bucks. Saved me thousands of dollars and the stress. These guys straight up tried to rob me. I’m posting this in hopes this doesn’t happen to anybody else..

They did a good job. You can make appointments online which I like. My constructive criticism is to tell people the price of the service selected. After I booked my appointment I still did not know my price for the alignment. I had to ask when I got there.

Great experience!!! I set up an appointment for a Wednesday For 10am and I called to see if I could get it in on Tuesday by any chance. They said bring it by and we’ll see if we can fit it in but no guarantees. They called me at 4:45 and said it was done. Best of all it was cheaper than they had quoted me.
