I asked the owner for an estimate to install my feul pump and strainer on my 1990 Geo Prism. I told him I had it diagnosed by Pines Rd Exxon for $80.00. He wouldn't even give me a price. He just said, "I'm not your guy." Very rude. He must have been ashamed of his high prices to not even give me a price to install my fuel pump.

Owner was very rude on the phone with me and in person, my boyfriend had to get a stern voice with him about what needed to be done with my vehicle. Other than that it was a pretty good experience.

Had my inspection sticker done here not much room to maneuver vehicles around in space provided. Ask for an estimate on on an upcoming maintenance I would be needing done to my vehicle & it was given verbally. Due to the estimate I purchased my own parts & was going to go with an individual. However, the individual decided they didn't want to tackle the task. Called them back today to see what they were going to charge again. When I was answered the gentleman was a bit sarcastic & treated me like I didnt get the right parts. I may be a woman but DEFINITELY no idiot. WILL NEVER EVEN WASTE AS MUCH AS A PHONE CALL HERE EVER AGAIN!

I'm from out of state and had issues with my oil leaking. Turns out my plug had completely fallen out and all my oil was gone. These guys were fast, friendly, and above all - honest! They could have taken advantage of my situation, but didn't. If anyone in the Shreveport area needs auto work, this place should be your first one to go to.

The owner / Boss is very rude and angry customer service. Horrible like the customer is receiving a free service. The tone and rudeness is something from a person would experience 40-50 years ago. Adleast show general appreciation for customers. The minute a question is ask any communication is just out right rude demeanor. I don’t care if my vehicle have sit . I know there are other business that are well capable of auto repair. I WOULD Not HAVE Anything repaired there ever! I wonder do all or certain people experience this?

These guys are good. Had a tough fix. They did it! They worked with my teenage son and were the most professional. Made sure I knew what they had done when we picked up/ paid for the truck. Paid a lot of money. I am happy/thrilled with the results. Will be a repeat customer!

Quick friendly service. We were refered here by someone because of the nice quick work. Very very pleased with the service and the fair price from Summer Grove Auto Care. Price was exactly what was estimated. Did not get phone call saying something else was wrong. Will definitely be back..

I dropped my car off at Summer Grove Auto Care to have them diagnose a frontend rattling noise issue I've been dealing with for several months. Mavis nor Firestone was able to identify the issue. However, the team at Summer Grove Auto Care did and provided a satisfactory resolution. They are now my new automotive care center. I highly recommend them for all your auto maintenance needs.

These guys were simply amazing; they went above and beyond! My wife and I pull in to Shreveport for the night when a Check Engine light starts blinking on my truck’s dash. I notice ticking from the engine so i think it’s the lifter. The next morning I call Summer Grove and they dispatch a tow service for me. Super! They also tell me it might take a week before they can take a look at it and I should expect to pay lots of money - go figure lol. Anyway, as soon as my truck arrives, a mechanic notices a plug was loose; he plugs it back in, checks codes and test drives it. These guys were simply amazing they even gave me a ride back after I dropped off a Uhaul I was going to use to get back home! You guys are the best. You did us a great service and this was a testament to how honest and “for the consumer” you all are. I hope for nothing but the best for you and wish your shop success in the future. Thanks again!!!

I'm feel played. The owner called me and told me what was wrong and gave me a price of 550.00. He said they wouldn't know if the other part would need replacing until this part was fixed first. If the second part needed replacing it would be around 1200.00. I agreed to fix the initial problem for the 550.00 on a Friday. I get a call on Monday saying a part broke while they were trying to get to another part and it's gonna cost 200.00 to replace it. He had the nerve to say that he wasn't gonna charge me for the labor for the part he broke. How can you take advantage of people? You can tell by the way he talks that he just makes up prices off the top of his head after sizing the person up. I'm so hurt.

Brought my truck in to have the intake assy replaced and spark plugs replaced. I supplied the new part's, because I was given a fare quote. Long story short, the brand new intake, that I inspected when it was shipped to me with absolutely no issues what so ever. Got a call the next day telling me that it had been damaged somehow, you could plainly see it, and a sensor was broken. The owner Jeff was rude and short with me and told me it wasn't there fault. I had to spend 60 bucks more to get a new sensor. That being said, the tech was real cool and my truck runs fine. First and last time customer, because of Jeff

Recently took my truck (‘14 Chevy Silverado) in for service after I overcharged the A/C system with Freon and it started blowing hot. The staff originally was very nice and even joked with me on the phone about it. They were the only shop in town that would evacuate and recharge my A/C system as the Freon I used had a stop leak in it that could clog the filters of their machine. I am grateful that they did it in the first place, most shops turned me down. The person I talked to on the phone (Jeff or Troy) advised me that I would need a new condenser and expansion valve. I was quoted ~$1200 including parts and labor. When I told them I didn’t have that kind of money right now, he became very rude and condescending. After a little research I decided I would do the job myself. I called him to let him know I would be doing it myself and I would pick the vehicle up in a few days. I was able to replace the condenser with about ~2 hours of labor and $10 worth of hand tools. However when I went to remove the expansion valve, the bolts that hold it in were tightened so much that I had to use bolt extractors to remove them. One had been tightened so bad that the tip of a T25 bit was broke off in there. I’m not saying the shop did it on purpose, but it seems suspicious that those bolts are that tight after I told them I would do it myself. Save your money and just look it up on YouTube. 😁 will not be coming back.

Great, honest, hardworking mechanics. Detailed on explaining, in layman terms, so you understand what is needed, with upgrade options with better warranties. With a name you can trust, you feel comfortable doing business. Sometimes you can only do minimum. Other times, you get the extra to help prevent other conjuctioning parts from failing. Always good to have options. Really great to have honesty. Ask for A-Ray, he's a straight shooter and friendly, says what he does, does what he says.

This auto shop should be ashamed of themselves. Taking advantage of customers in the community and over charging for simple repairs. Not to mention their unprofessional and rude attitudes. I was given an insane price for a small repair and I went right to another shop nearby and got it taken care of…SUMMER GROVE AUTO almost cheated me out of $700.00 for a repair that cost $200.00 and took less than 1 hour to do. I RECOMMEND LOOKING FURTHER SO YOU WONT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF !!!!!! NO STARS !!
