If i could give 0 stars i would. Way overpriced! They prey on those who don’t really have the knowledge of the products and only offer in store credit for returns of the nonused products ! Also installed a system incorrectly on a friends car causing water damage to his vehicle. Don't do business here!

Horrible customer service skills from what I can assume is either the owner or manager. Came in from out of town to hear a specific brand of subwoofer, but instead was met with a condescending attitude and treated me like I had absolutely no clue about car audio or what the difference between loud and punchy bass was. If you want to gain customers this is NOT the way you treat them! shame on you for not being a decent human being. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

The owner Keith seems to be a good guy but he trusts in his employees a little to much. I bought a a new truck and bought it there for a new touch screen deck. They sold me one and we scheduled a day for installation. They ended up haveing to keep my truck over night to install a radio and I paid for 100+ worth of adapters. I have had nothing but problems with the radio since then I brought it back at least 3 times. I finally took the radio out and found out why I was having problems it looked like a 2yr old installed it. How can you just twist wires together and put a piece of tape on them.

Several years ago bought a Ford Platinum but did not have a GPS so the dealership told me to take it here well I did-major mistake-had them install a new GPS system and from day one up to 3 months nothing but trouble-had taken it back numerous times for them too fix-they finally agreed to give money back for the GPS but not installation charges which was around $450-500 so for that reason I would never ever take anything to this business-stay clear folks-go elsewhere where if something does go wrong then u have a full money back guarantee on parts and labor costs

I went in to get an automatic starter put on my car and the service was great. My car was finished the next day, but I began to have issues with my car jerking and hesitating when accelerating.. turns out someone failed to plug in ground wires which cost my dad $250 to be found and fixed somewhere else.

Very friendly. They know what they are talking about and can give you advice. The only problem I had was they did not inform me, when i put new speakers in that there was a risk of causing a door rattle. Now I have the door rattle, and will either have to pay to fix it or leave it alone. Overall, I believe they are a good business with friendly folks.

I have done business with this company for a long time. I got another vehicle and wanted my system checked and all the bells and whistles added... left it for 3 days and still nothing. I was then told that I would have to wait til they got to it... could never give me a day or time they could actually work on it. I then found another place to take it to. And went to pick car up and it was left out by the road with keys in it running and windows down for anyone to take... hmmm. Not good business.

Thank you Kieth and friendly staff I found my glasses and jumped to conclusions. Sorry for accusing staff of being dishonest over all happy with the work done . The oem integration was done flawlessly . The amp was perfectly hidden away under the seat and ported box fit perfectly in the small space provided in my Tacoma Subs were just the right amount of bass . The speaker in the door were just the right amount of sound to match the bass. Quality of work was really good.
