I brought my car in for service, my original concern was the coolant and the hmm noise, they asked if the engine light was on, I said yes, then a got a call from them that they couldn't fix the issue and that they can't figured out the hmm noise and where the coolant was going to, so I went to get my car they wanted to charge me $100 for diagnosing the codes, so I asked them why they want to charge me for something that they couldn't figured out, their answer was because the diagnosed the engine light which was not my main concern, anyone can buy a $30 code reader and plug into their car and push a bottom to get these codes, you either a mechanic or you are not, they couldn't fix or even figured what was wrong with my car their answer was to bring to more sophisticate shop. Stay away from this shop they "diagnose" your vehicle saying that they can't fix and charge you $100 for it.

I needed an oil change. Called a day ahead to make an appointment. I was told I dont need it. Just walk in when they open. I ask what time I should be there. I was told 8am I got there 750am. I waited until 830am still no one came in! I am very disappointed 😞 😔 no more Sunny! My time is sensitive!

I had a great experience. Andy has an excellent customer service and he was able to diagnose (for free) and fix all the problems my car had. In addiction, I got a free car wash just for doing oil change.

Today my car was dead and needed a new alternator.. I brought my car to Sunny’s and they got me right in and got the part in a timely manner (within 15-30 minutes max). James (Tito) was SO nice and explained everything that was going on and was even nice enough to buy me a drink out of the vending machine because I didn’t have any cash on me. The owner Elgun is awesome; when I spoke with him on the phone he assured me my car would be done today (which it had to be) and again, got my car right in. I’m so happy I brought my car there- everyone is very nice, they actually explain what’s going on and make sure that the jobs done - even if it takes extra time/ extra work. I HIGHLY recommend going there for any car repairs AND they do details too!! Anyone with car problems go there, seriously!!! So so great! Thank you guys for all your hard work & for everything!

Not worth $43! I paid for the best package they offered and my car was still visibly dirty. I don’t go off-roading or do anything anything crazy. I work 2 minutes from my house. My car wasn’t even that’s dirty. After they did my interior they left my doors open and walked away. I waited wondering if they were done... I finally yelled over asking if they were done because it was not clean at all and they just nodded and waved me away. If they had offered advice/compromise on how to correct the problem I wouldn’t even have written this.....

Great place to get your car taken care off. I had new tires installed, new battery, car detailed inside and outside and saved $312 as compared to other quotes I got. They are fair, honest and really take care of you. I would come here again it's worth the trip. Highly recommended.

The service is great, I have a BMw and every time I take it in for service or a diagnostic they know what they’re talking about. Once I took it for an oil change and they found other areas needing attention and without hesitation they let it be known. Their attention to phone must be worked on. You can call for days and no answer. Not to long ago I scheduled a diagnostic eval and nobody ever came in. I waited at the front desk from 8a to 8:45 and called thru 10:30 and nobody ever assisted me. There were mechanics working on cars so I knew they could be expected to also manage reception. Finally around noon they answered, they offered the appt next day and my car was fixed same day. Very happy for the outcome and rapid repairs however their phone must improve. So good luck trying to call in, if you do get an appt. Confirm the date and time and who you spoke with because they may forget go add your appt details for the mechanics so expect delays and or not having an appointment scheduled at all.

I discovered this body shop after being involved in a hit-and-run, and they managed everything seamlessly. They handled most of the insurance processes, such as discussing quotes, and even arranged for my car to be picked up and delivered to and from Boston. I worked directly with Alex, who replaced the driver's side door and meticulously repainted the other panels - my car looks as good as new!
