I was in the process of writing a review to give them a 1 star. But the manager somehow changed his mind to put me in the line. I wanted to Change my rotor and break, today was the 3rd day I went to change it but I end up being late everyday. First two days, I was trying my luck but I missed the cut off time which was 5:30. Today I went in at 1:45 pm and I was told that I came too late, with disappointment, I got off the line then about to write a 1star review but as I was typing it, the manager came and asked me to get Jon the line again. No doubt about their service, its great.

I fell very upset writing this review because I go there all time, since it's my neighborhood, writing this just because of the employee is racist when he sees Asian customers, I went to 2 days while the boss wasn't there he even didn't came to see my problem of my car, it's take only a second to check, some employee are very since, when boss work he always come out to check no matter how busy he is, I hope the boss do something to the employee that's been racist and discrimination to the customer, this employee think his the Boss of the place and do what ever he want and rest of the employee working hard. I wish I new his name so I could add on the review, his old guy and Hispanic looking that's the only detail I can give.

Today, I had a truly disappointing experience at this once-reputable repair shop. I went for an oil change and had them inspect and hoped to replace critical front-end parts. As I watched the mechanic drain my old oil, I noticed he didn’t remove my old oil filter. Instead, he reused it. When I inquired about the oil filter change, he instructed his coworker to have me wait in the work area. Within minutes, my truck was outside, supposedly “ready.” When I asked about the front-end issues, they claimed everything was fine. However, I could clearly hear something was wrong. I had to wait for the boss to drive my vehicle and assess the problem. Afterward, they informed me that there is something wrong. But, they couldn’t do anything about it today. This unprofessional behavior not only wasted my time but also cost me a significant amount of money as I have to get my oil change performed at another place. As a paying customer, I would have gladly paid whatever it took to ensure my family vehicle’s safety and functionality. I will never return to this shop and strongly advise anyone who values their car to seek services elsewhere.

I am a long-term customer of these guys. I always go to get an oil change or tire rotation or small things here and there. Recently, I went there to fix my radiator as it was leaking. After the car was fixed on my way home I noticed the car horn wasn’t working and unfortunately, it was too late for me to go back the same day. So I went back after a week and I described to one of the workers who was in charge exactly what happened. This worker was not the boss and I’m assuming second in command. He told me wait as they would do a diagnosis on the fuse. After about 30 mins or so, they resolved the issue. Imagine my surprise when I’m asked to pay for the diagnostic and fixing the issue when these guys are the one that created the issue. My car horn was working perfectly fine before I took my car to these guys and it was wasn’t working after they had replaced the radiator. So the only logical sense is that they must’ve done something during replacing the radiator. Apparently, the diagnostic was the ground wiring had an issue which further proves my point that these guys cause the issue. Although I paid about $28 for this, this is not about money. This is about the principle of running a business. I would’ve complained even if they charged me a $1. Whoever is running this business need to take ownership of mistakes like these otherwise it gives the impression of fraudulent behavior.
