I took my car for repair after an accident. They did a great job job, they got the dent out and it looks great. Not only that but they also retouched some other dings it had that were not part of the claim. They had my car out of there in about 4 days, sooner than expected. First I will say the actual body work and paint job look amazing, you'd never know that there had been any damage at all. So I had hoped to leave an awesome review and use them again. However, when I went to pick up my car I was told that the side light was still on order but since it was drivable that I could take it and they would "call me back" to finish the work. I had three different employees tell me that they would call me back at different points and none of them ever have, even when I also explained that they had forgotten to put the wheel trim back on as well. It's been months, and not only is the work still undone but I'm now trying to sell the car and lo and behold–I just found out that they painted over all the vin stickers on my driver's side. So, good work, but overall a frustrating experience.

We Ahmad an excellent experience with Superior. Vince is great, he was patient and accommodating and detailed in explaining how they would service our vehicle. He even went above and beyond and removed a small ding in my door frame to make the repair job look more complete. This was an insurance issue, but we probably use them for regular maintenance and service for our vehicle.

Superior Auto Collision, is an excellent auto body shop and repair. As a result of an accident my insurance recommended Superior Auto Collision and they were prompt to help me, they took my car in the same day of accident, they did a check for any internal damage my car would have undergone, there is guarantee in their work too which made me feel at ease. They got everything right down to matching the color of the paint of my car. My car was back to being good as new in as little as 3 weeks. I thought I wouldn’t have my car for months but they did a great job of keeping my informed of when my parts were coming in and on any progress made. Jason was also in the office and did the final walk through with me to show me the work that had been done, his customer service was kind yet informative. In the middle of so much stress that an car accident can bring, kindness goes a long way.

Excellent service all around — from the staff and repairs!!!! Vince is so straightforward, which made me feel very trusting to have my service done with Superior Auto Collision. I had a small dent on my door that I wanted repaired. I chose this shop over others bc I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. For example, I went to a different shop that was closer to me. However, I immediately felt like I was getting taken advantage of bc it is clear that I am no car expert. I have a used 2016 sedan and the other shop told this repair would be under $1000 at firsttt. However, the salesman pointed out EVERY SINGLE detail of my car that may likely need have to be replaced with all of the work they are doing (such as the door seal, which was completely fine). Then, suddenly it turned into a very, very BIG repair and I left the other shop with a $5k quote… the front desk kept calling me back if I was coming in or not. I’m glad I listened to my gut, did some research and went here instead!! Vince assessed the repair, told me how many days it would take, offered a discounted car rental or uber home, and he simply stuck to his word like an expert. No secret up charges or add-one after the fact. 5 stars! Will recommend for others too.

I definitely appreciated Superior Auto for being transparent about the repair process, after my car had been hit in my rear right side. Jason was very professional and pleasant to interact with when I would check in. On pick up day, I noticed a slight drip mark near a recently painted section of the door and I was able to return in and have it buffed out with no problem. It's clear they understand the importance of customer satisfaction.
