Terrible customer service, I ask a question about getting a transmission looked at and the mechanics looked at each other and never tried to acknowledge the question. I stood there for a second, and saw no one was going to help me, so I left!

My husband with Houston’s Tower Service has taken multiple trucks here for transmission work/repairs. Within the past year we have had them do about $20,000 worth of work. The last truck we dropped was hit while in their possession. They do not have an insurance policy to cover your property while in their care, custody and control. So we had to file on our own policy. They admitted to the damage and did tell us sorry with a pat on the back. That’s not acceptable. Buyer beware they should have a policy in place or better insurance for this type of situation. They charge enough to afford appropriate insurance. They are losing our business over this.

After trying to reach them over the phone countless times I finally went there to talk to them in person, the guy at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me until I had enough and left. I wouldn’t trust leaving my car with someone who doesn’t even pick up the phone or knows how to deal with customers. Don’t know if they do good work but they certainly have horrible customer service.

My daughter is an out of state student going to Texas Tech. With being new to Lubbock and unable to be there to handle the repairs myself, I came across Superior Transmission. These guys went above and beyond to take care of the truck for my daughter. They even helped in handling repairs that are not their scope of work due to I am out of state. I can tell they are a family oriented business that treated us like family. I'm glad I found them and really appreciate what they did for us. I would recommend them to everyone. Give them a call you wont be disappointed.

Had the best experience with this shop, my daughter goes to TTU and her car needed transmission work. I live in Houston and spoke to Mark and he explained everything.
