Called company to have truck towed to have them do a diagnostic test to see if they could find the issue. I was told by the owner that there would no tow fee since they was going to work on the truck. That was a lie i was charged $80.00. I made sure he knew i wanted a call with there findings before completing any work. Due to the trucks value didnt want to sink a ton of money into it. I called and checked several times was told its in the bay now and they would call with the findings. That didn't happen neither they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I went to shop where they then told me that they did replace the rear leaf spring and spring shackle and that the cost would be $722.00. I was very upset it was right at Christmas time 12/13/2024. I had to make some calls to get money i ended up paying $670.00 cash. Drove off the lot and got to the next intersection and the truck sounded worse than it did when i dropped it off. I went straight back to the lot where the guy said yea the transmission is out. I was livid does it make sense to anyone to spend $670.00 on a bracket when the transmission is gone out. He said he would get me an estimate on replacing the transmission. when he called and said over $2000.00 i said absolute not an then he said Well I will buy the truck from you for $450.00 after doing some calling around the truck wasn't worth the repairs. I sold truck them and signed the title and left it with them. I am disabled and with no car get help with rides to my doctor's appointments but on March 14th I was told I would no longer get ride assistance because I still had a truck in my name. I have very serious medical issues that I can't take care of because of this company not doing what they should have and got truck out of my name, I have called multiple times to speak with owner but have yet to hear from him. Not one time was I offered a break or refund of any of the money to fix a truck that wasn't fixed.

I called this place to set up a same-day appointment to have a vehicle inspected before buying from a private party. Sean (Shawn?) took my call and said they could accommodate me at 2:30, but when I arrived, no one was there to assist me. I called the office phone while sitting inside the office, but it rang and rang before going to voicemail. I flagged down an employee who tried to be helpful but was a new hire. He couldn't find any of the management and said that all the bays were full, so they wouldn't be able to look at the vehicle. It was a waste of my time (and the vehicle seller's). The place was a chaotic mess, and there were other disgruntled customers present at the time, complaining out loud that the management kept giving them the runaround and was never there when they came by. I decided to give two stars instead of just one because the new guy was kind and they probably aren't ALL bad, but my one experience with them was a disaster.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! They're customer services was superb. I had to have my wheel bearing replaced, and i brought my car..and sat inside the warm office only having to wait less than 2 hours! They have excellent service and they definitely know what they're doing! So if you're looking for an automotive shop with great mechanics and a welcoming atmosphere, then come to Supreme Automotive!

Took my f150 in to have after market brakes put on that I purchased. No one in the city would do it as I bought the brakes myself but Supreme did. Everything was done in a timely manner with no hassle and everyone was friendly. I'll definitely will be reaching out to them for additional matters.

Very poor job, but they didn't fix anything. They said rebuilt starter selinoid. Car ran seven days. Took it back, they said I needed a battery, bought one. They said no refund on whatever they didn't do. Car stopped a total of three times. Took the car to the dealer, dealer reported that the bolt on the starter was rusted tight, nothing had been done. I marked the starter, hadn't been wiped off or anything. Women don't go here by yourself. For me, from now on, only the dealer will touch my car.

Brought in my car with bad parts, left with BRAND NEW BAD PARTS. Brought brand new control arms to be put on and left with the new arms in worse condition than the bad ones. Just look at what the hack of a mechanic did to these ball joints. THERE IS NO EXCUSES FOR THIS EXEPT PURE NEGLIGENCE TO THEIR JOB. DONT let me forget the “the owner will call you later on today” excuse I got for over 3 weeks trying to get them to correct the issue they created. DONT waste your money and DONT come to this shop.

Clutch went out 3k miles after I had it installed here. They wouldn’t warranty the work since it was over a year ago, even though only 3k miles were put on the car since the work was done.

Do NOT go here. Please. My car is at another mechanic and said even the bolts were on wrong. Thank God I was on local roads and not the Interstate I had just traveled when the part they "fixed" went cuput. Again. Do not go here. I hope they get closed once and for all. I cannot believe even after they were busted for being a chop shop that they are still open

I’ve been going to auto max/supreme automotive quite a few times now they always have a smile to help. I started my car when I was 15 and within the last year finally have had it up and running and the things I can’t do there skilled and trained mechanics have helped with so many different things for good prices. If it wasn’t for them my dream car would be nothing more than a paper weight . Id recommend to anyone needing a forever mechanic.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. These people kept my car for over two weeks and I come up here to hopefully see some progress because over the phone DON’T EXPECT THEM TO GIVE YOU A CALL BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL! Before even dropping my car off I spoke to a guy named JB who I assumed was either the owner or mechanic because when he wasn’t the one who answered the one, ended up being just a manager, he was the one who had to be given the phone because every body else didn’t know NOTHING. I was told my claim and invoice was going to be made and sent to my warranty company over 5 times. LIES. They had a diagnosis written on a piece of paper with POSSIBLY written on it. Do you know what’s wrong with it or not? These people are crooks. In the midst of my own commotion, these people only took my car apart within the two weeks, took them two weeks but when I come up here to get my car back, it takes 20 minutes to put back together right? Make it make sense. These people only want money. I can’t trust a mechanic that wears nike slides and random people at this business that wears yeezy boosts shoes! They think they can get over on people but not today I will take my business else where. If I could add a video I would because I have a recording of another man who just so happen to come at the same time as me, saying they reported his car STOLEN FROM the shop but it was actually SOLD. Lol right, they would repeatedly say they was calling my warranty company, warranty company called me and said they’re still trying to contact the shop..

⭐ 0/5 — Absolutely Terrible Experience I never write bad reviews, but Supreme Automotive earned this one. I dropped my car off on Monday. It’s now Friday, and they still haven’t looked at it. All week I’ve been calling for updates — each time I’m told they’re “about to look at it” or “checking it in an hour.” Total lies. I showed up Friday expecting some kind of answer, and they told me they don’t even know what’s wrong with it. Translation: they never touched it. The communication here is absolutely horrible. No updates, no follow-through, just excuses. If they were too busy, they should’ve told me upfront instead of wasting five days of my time. I could’ve taken my car somewhere else and actually had it fixed. Zero out of zero stars. I would not recommend this place to anyone — not even as a last resort.
