Called company to have truck towed to have them do a diagnostic test to see if they could find the issue. I was told by the owner that there would no tow fee since they was going to work on the truck. That was a lie i was charged $80.00. I made sure he knew i wanted a call with there findings before completing any work. Due to the trucks value didnt want to sink a ton of money into it. I called and checked several times was told its in the bay now and they would call with the findings. That didn't happen neither they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I went to shop where they then told me that they did replace the rear leaf spring and spring shackle and that the cost would be $722.00. I was very upset it was right at Christmas time 12/13/2024. I had to make some calls to get money i ended up paying $670.00 cash. Drove off the lot and got to the next intersection and the truck sounded worse than it did when i dropped it off. I went straight back to the lot where the guy said yea the transmission is out. I was livid does it make sense to anyone to spend $670.00 on a bracket when the transmission is gone out. He said he would get me an estimate on replacing the transmission. when he called and said over $2000.00 i said absolute not an then he said Well I will buy the truck from you for $450.00 after doing some calling around the truck wasn't worth the repairs. I sold truck them and signed the title and left it with them. I am disabled and with no car get help with rides to my doctor's appointments but on March 14th I was told I would no longer get ride assistance because I still had a truck in my name. I have very serious medical issues that I can't take care of because of this company not doing what they should have and got truck out of my name, I have called multiple times to speak with owner but have yet to hear from him. Not one time was I offered a break or refund of any of the money to fix a truck that wasn't fixed.

I called this place to set up a same-day appointment to have a vehicle inspected before buying from a private party. Sean (Shawn?) took my call and said they could accommodate me at 2:30, but when I arrived, no one was there to assist me. I called the office phone while sitting inside the office, but it rang and rang before going to voicemail. I flagged down an employee who tried to be helpful but was a new hire. He couldn't find any of the management and said that all the bays were full, so they wouldn't be able to look at the vehicle. It was a waste of my time (and the vehicle seller's). The place was a chaotic mess, and there were other disgruntled customers present at the time, complaining out loud that the management kept giving them the runaround and was never there when they came by. I decided to give two stars instead of just one because the new guy was kind and they probably aren't ALL bad, but my one experience with them was a disaster.
