My goodness! What can I say except I am grateful for such an amazing company! I've used them a few times and each time they have gone above and beyond. Scott and Shawn are patient in explaining the breakdown of work and the cost. They also make sure to let you know if a repair is urgent or can wait, especially if this is a sudden issue and you can't pay for everything at that moment. They will also let you know that repairs may be more than your car is worth and will allow you to make the decision whether or not to repair it. I can't forget Kim! She is the absolute sweetest person! I find that their prices are very reasonable and they stand by their work. If you need a reasonable mechanic for repairs, an inspection on a vehicle you're looking to purchase or have already purchased you can't go wrong with these guys!

Hands down, the best, most honest collection of mechanics. This family business has the best service I've had in 20 years. I would recommend them every time. I took my vehicle in on the thought it was going to be almost $1000 repair, and they were honest about it turning out to be another issue which was almost half the cost. I will be a faithful customer for all my repair needs.

I’ve used R&W’s services now a few times and each time have had a wonderful experience. Very professional, friendly, asks questions, timely, affordable and I love that they inform you of the problem(s) before they fix it and keep you posted along the way (as much as possible). They made sure I was taken care of when my car broke down off Brownsboro Rd, offering a tow service, as well as a possible ride if needed. I will definitely continue to use them for my oil changes and any mechanical repairs. Being a woman many times you are taken advantage of due to it being a mechanical issue. Not R & W! I highly recommend if you are a woman with car problems to use R & W. Also being on a fixed income their prices are very reasonable and only fix and charge what’s real necessary. I highly recommend giving them a try when needed!

I love R&W!!! Scott and his crew ALWAYS take care of me. Recently went for an oil change and driving there it was pouring down rain and I said to myself, " I need new wiper blades, badly!" That was going to be my first stop when I left. In the interim, one of Scott's guys came in and said I needed new wiper blades! I didn't even mention that I needed them, they just checked. Scott was able too get them for me and have them installed before I left. I also asked if they would check the life of the tires, because I know it's getting close to time for new ones. When the guy came in from the shop, I ask him to check them for me, he said he was doing that next. Nothing short of AMAZING SERVICE!!!! It's so nice to go to a shop and trust they have the customers best interest in mind! You don't find this kind of service these days and I am so grateful to have been referred there many years ago. You all ROCK!

When I needed to have my Ford Edge looked at, a coworker recommended R&W. Although it turned out that I needed an extensive amount of work done, everyone I spoke to was super friendly, very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me and I didn't feel like they were trying to throw a bunch of technical BS at me to make it seem more complicated, as I've had done at several other places before. I really appreciated their straight forward manner and I felt the price was fair for the work I had done. Plus, they've always tried to accommodate my schedule the best they could, which I also appreciate. I will be using them again for sure! Definitely recommend.

We’ve been taking our fleet (5 total cars to be exact) to R&W for 10+ years. Everyone in the office is great to deal with and their customer service is too notch! We always suggest to friends to take their cars here. The people who work there are honest and hard work individuals who only tell you exactly what needs fixed. They just tell you things to fix just to increase the price, they’re honest with you no matter how bad it is. They also work with you to find the best dead on how to get your issue fixed. Highly recommend this place if you’re needing something fixed or just general maintenance on your car.

On March the 4th I went to R&W automotive. The morning started out rough. The day was just getting longer. I ended up getting a flat tire and looking for a company who could help me plug my tire. I came across R& W automotive when I googled. I called them and they told me that they could fix my flat and be in and out within 10 minutes. It was like 3 minutes down the road. So it was very convenient. When I arrived they jumped right on the tire no problem just like they said. I ended up talking with Kim and another gentleman while I was there. Kim was very pleasant I met her husband Scott Wayne the owners of the company. There were two other employees who were just as friendly as they were. I started talking to them and found out they do oil changes and they also can fix other parts of your car. Almost anything that has to do with your car or truck. The only thing that they might not be able to do is transmissions. They were very friendly, affordable and very helpful! They got me in and out within minutes. I didn't even know the company was there until this day. It was a blessing from God because that day was very long for me and the time that I spent there was well worth it! Due to the fact that I found out they worked on cars and my car needs working on. The people seem trustworthy and honest and that's rare to find. It's a family-owned business it's been there for quite some time from the what I understand. I will be returning!!

I don't know much about cars anymore, since they got filled up with electronics, so I have to feel good about the people I choose to take care of my car. The folks at R & W have been very good to me and my aging car. I feel confident when I drop it off that whomever I speak to at the counter has the experience to decipher the clues in my description of a problem and will thoroughly examine my car, even looking for what might be a related problem. I'm highly satisfied with R & W's work, customer service, and prices. Highly recommended!

R/W did a fine job replacing my Mom’s alternator. They provided a much needed ride home to my Mom’s nearby residence before servicing, not to mention delivering my Mom’s vehicle to her when complete! Really appreciated that! Kim, Scott and Shaun were very professional and personable. Would definately recommend R/W should you need service on your vehicle!
