I like this place because they are honest and do good work. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Just bring your own parts because they will charge you more than double what you would pay if you got it yourself

This business gave me my car back with a dent in it that wasn't there when I dropped it off. It's Saturday now. Hopefully Monday they will be honest and admit it when I call. Other than rocking my car the price and work was fair. The guys customer service was fine except he let me pull off knowing my car was damaged

I went to Gene's for years because I trusted them to be honest and fair with me. (As a woman, this is REALLY important when taking my vehicles somewhere to be worked on) Doug always was. When I brought my jeep to ATR owner Steve, he has proven to be honest and fair too. He is straight up and very good at his business!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They gave me an exact estimate before bringing my car in. After I had already towed the car to the shop they called me back and said it would be double what they originally quoted me. I told them I won't continue with the repair in that case and they said "well we won't give you your car back until you give us $120" I had to pay them for doing nothing to get my car back. I took it to another shop that did the same job for less than HALF the price of what they told me it would be. If you like throwing money in the garbage this is the place for you. Updated:They replied public said they searched their records didn't find my invoice. Or custom under my name. Because they never fix my car and after forced me to pay the amount they were asking for in order to tow my car to another shop, they didn't give me any invoice either.I even wondering did they pay right amount sale tax. IRS should invest them. I paid through the phone because I didn't have car to get there pay in person so I never get invoice and I have to call few time to let tow driver back to get my car after I paid them. It is so stressful.

I've been there TWICE and BOTH times I DO NOT have a problem with them, I took my car in...4-5 hrs later I'm getting a hone saying my car is ready, come pick it up! UNBELIEVABLE 🤦🏾♀️🥰🥰 they diagnose the problem, and they fix it! ALL in a timely manner... If you need you car fix DON'T hesitate like I did... Plus the pricing is not bad either‼️‼️‼️‼️Thank you guys you have a NEW customer.

Went in for a diagnostic because I was talking a trip I told him I had just got the codes checked myself and wanted to see what kind of shape my car was in and what my fluids levels where?? Typically right charged me $150 to not tell me anything about my car that I had not told him before hand I called and said I never got notified about that and he said there is nothing he could do. 15 minutes after leaving the shop screws fell from under my car and I had to go back for him to say the mechanic didn't put it back on like really? Never again people work to hard for their money to just get scammed like this.

Hands down the best customer service and mechanics ever. I don't live in the area, and my SUV broke down and was towed here. I highly recommend this place. I never spoke to any mechanics, but I spoke with a gentleman named Cody. He by far went above and beyond to help me and explained everything that was happening to my car. He never rushed to get off the phone and explained everything in detail to where I understood what was happening with my transmission. He worked closely with the mechanics, and hands down, they knew what was needed. I've had my vehicle back 5 days, and I have driven over 500 miles and not one issue. Hopefully, my SUV never breaks down again, but if it does, I hope it's close to this facility. Great job!! I highly recommend this place! Thank you very much for everything. Heather Hensel

I had called today & was interested in getting work done . The guy was laughing at everything I was asking as if I were telling jokes . He quite literally ran a customer away . Also he made everything seem like It would be way too much to fix ( as If money was an issue ) just off this call I went elsewhere for business.
