I was tricked into signing up for a monthly car wash subscription in Dec-24, but no one told me that the automatic renewal was default. I checked casually my account and for my surprise they were debiting me Jan-25 and Feb-25 without my authorization!!! Be careful!!!

$10 for a basic wash , $15 to add the wheels on. You will have to go around and clean up all the missed spots even though you paid $15 for it. The “mat cleaning” is awful and they are chaining up the window cleaner now. No degreaser.

The vacuums with the flat tips were all crushed and you couldn't use them. They had the ones that were just round, but those are smaller. I wish they had had the ones that were crushed. Other than that, it's a very nice facility.

Canceling my membership on 2 vehicles today, will spend my $60 a month elsewhere. Bells Ferry location has problems - vacuums are bad, towels and sprays are often not replaced for customers and lazy attendants that would rather stare at their phones instead of doing anything else. Today as I went thru there was NO water and NO soap, just cloths banging against my dry car (zero prep by lazy attendant). When I spoke to the attendant about the issue afterwards he said "there's nothing I can do about it". Yesterday it was a problem with their track and I couldnt get service. I proceeded to Glaze Car Wash up on Wade Green and after receiving a very good car wash I immediately decided to give them my business.

It's been four days since I've contacted the support line for the damage they have caused to my vehicle and I still haven't heard back even though they said that they would discuss the matter further. I'm very disappointed for this treatment. I frequent this car wash very often to keep my car nice and clean but this latest visit will be my last. The piece of my antenna was broken off completely and there's no here to accept the responsibility of the damage they just caused to my vehicle. I will be posting pictures of the damage they just caused because no one will believe that it happened. Also someone needs get in contact for this damage to help fix this issue.

Yes, I've been getting my cars cleaned at Swifty for some time now. Alasia and her team have been awesome. I highly recommend this location. The complementary micro towels are always clean and the vacuums are never clogged.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Went there for 1 car wash and they signed me up for some membership without my permission. When I called them they said "Go Online". There online system doesn't even have me in it by phone #, car tag, name or anything else. Yet they are still charging my card. Called their supposed "customer service", they never answer the phone and it hangs up without ever connecting you to anyone. I have spoken to Clark Howard's team at WSB and they are going to investigate this as they say they have had many similar complaints about Swifty. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU DON"T WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!!

I had my car washed there yesterday, no tire shine, not really sure any of the other chemicals were working as they should as well. Low pressure water, no undercarriage wash, or at lest it did not remove any of the dirt and salt from the roads which is why I wanted to get the car washed. Additionally overpriced unless you want a membership which I did not.

Was kind of in a rush to get my car washed didn’t get a chance to really take a look at it when I was done got the $10 economy. I already belong to a car wash club up in Pennsylvania. I guess my wheels could’ve used the pre-wash or something because They were not clean when I got home actually didn’t look like anything was done to them, so I ended up cleaning the wheels myself.

I just visited Swifty Car Wash on Bells Ferry Road in Kennesaw, and this was hands-down one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. From start to finish, everything felt well thought out, customer-focused, and genuinely above average. The wash itself was excellent—my car came out spotless—but what really sets Swifty apart is everything included. The free towels were surprisingly high quality (not the flimsy kind you expect), the free vacuums were powerful and easy to access, and having a dedicated floor-mat washing station was a huge plus. Even small touches like complimentary windshield wiper fluid make a big difference and show they actually care about the full experience, not just getting cars through the line. On top of that, James—the attendant who helped me today—was beyond exceptional. Friendly, attentive, and clearly proud of his work, he made my visit feel welcoming and effortless. Customer service like that is rare, and it absolutely elevates the entire operation. If you’re in the Kennesaw area and want a car wash that delivers real value, great results, and top-tier service, I can’t recommend Swifty Car Wash enough. This is how a car wash should be done.

Hey!!! I've used a KAJILLION Car Washes... I like this one so much, that.... I became a member - for the first time --- of a car wash! It’s just, the membership is so inexpensive, that it pays for itself in literally 1.25 washes! And you get UNLIMITED WASHES for the whole month!! Not to mention UNLIMITED use of their awesome Vacuum & Car Detail Area.--- ......even if you don't wash your car that day-- I LOVE THIS... Sometimes messes happen and all I need is a quick vacuuming. The vacuums have STRONG suction, they give you a wide, flat one for bigger areas and a skinny one to get between those tight, close spaces-- pretty standard- I know- A PREMIUM PLUS is that they have moisture-wicking "Clean" cloths to "detail" the interior/exterior, mats, dash- WHATEVER - they have these- at all times-- Also, Window cleaner, and All Purpose cleaner. You can also FILL your windshield washer fluid here --They supply that too! AND--- Swifty even has free air for your tires......And not a cheap wannabe tire station like at "Quiktrip" gas stations --where you’re guessing if you got enough air in there - and usually have not just enough - but too much...(For some reason, my dash tire reader thingy doesn't seem to be too accurate...)This one actually tells you how much air is in your tires while you’re pumping them --(Like they’re all supposed to...) This car wash even has handheld, portable, FIERCE...(absurd pressure) air compressors attached to each area...(Only on the side attached to the actual car wash... Don't need anyone calling me a fibber!) I use these to get the dust out of my vents and speaker areas and console, and you know between the little buttons in your Dash area between your touchpad, and stuff like that- Just about whatever you need compressed air for. Anyway, I know This is a spectacularly long Review. I hope most of you don’t TLDR it-- I'm just wanting to HELP YOU GUYS NOT WASTE UR $$ AND TIME! 😇
