Self-service here is a total scam. Don't waste your time or your money. The place was filthy, with dirty rubber gloves and wet food all over the ground. I happened to have 3 $1 bills and used the soap brush for $2.50. The time ran out, and I had only finished half of my van, so I toughed it out and scrubbed the rest without soap. Decided to use my card to power rinse, and the machine stated it would be $5 to use a card. I didn't know if that was an extra fee in addition to the $2.50, so I expected at most a $7.50 charge, but I got a $10 charge to my account! For the same amount of time as the brush! I only finished rinsing the soap in record time, and I still had some sudsy spots. Not clearly labeling their prices was my first hint I was getting scammed. I then used the vacuums, and for every quarter it registered and counted toward my payment, it ate two more. I ended up paying $6 to use their subpar vacuum for 2 minutes. Not to mention, I got cat-called and had trouble maneuvering the cramped lot. This place did not make me feel safe, and driving away, I felt completely taken advantage of. Spent almost $20 on a wash I could have done better at home. Don't waste your monet here.

We recently visited for an emissions check. We hadn't used the car in a few years so the first time we visited it wasn't ready because we needed to drive it a bit more. But they have a policy where you can come back up to twice for free within a certain timeframe. It was a quick process to get the emissions check and I was very satisfied. We come here regularly for car washes and it does a great job. Sometimes it has a hard time with hard water if our sprinkler sprays our car, but we haven't tried the more expensive options so that could be why. We've also used the vacuum service, which is really adorable and works great! We have 3 toddlers so you can imagine how bad our car gets underneath their car seats 😬 but the vacuum did an amazing job at picking up sand, small wood chips, gold fish crackers, and more.

I only know about the soft touch automatic car wash. And it did ok. But I did have a lot of built-up dirt and stuff not getting to the carwash awhile ago. But if use it again. $12 for their top wash, and I figured it was the best one since it was the one that cost the most. So that's not bad.

The automatic car wash was not awesome. I paid $8 didn’t get a dry and there were no towels offered. I don’t even know if the vacuum was included, ended up driving off. I will not go again.

Tried this car wash since it's closer to my house. Used the touchless wash for my Audi soft top convertible. Got the cheapest wash since I didn't want any extra stuff on my soft top. Didn't realize the $8 cheapest wash didn't come with a dryer. Talked to the owner who was kind but had the opportunity to make things right and didn't. Ended up paying another 10 dollars for a whole other wash this time with the dryer function. Great wash but disappointed with the lack of sympathy. I wash my car every week and won't be back to this one.

(Car-wash) $4 got me full vac and wash for a minivan. A lovely attendant helped recover the money the machine ate as well, and even helped restart the vacuum for me a couple times when they didn't suck. I really can't ask for better value. I don't even make reviews. Just happy to have a decent experience at a coin run auto wash.

I have washed my car here for years and have my inspections and registration done here every year. The service is impeccable. I would encourage our neighbors in Murray to use this service and want to let our Elderly neighbors know that they are treated respectfully and honestly. Courtesy and respect are not always easy to find in our society today but this business is obviously run by a good neighbor.

Great staff very friendly!! Washed 3 vehicles there this weekend 2 Saturday / 1 Sunday (have another one I need to do there by next weekend lol) & will continue to always go there. I was going threw the soft touch carwash. The brushes actually scratched my paint on my car and then quite working and there was soap all over the back of my car. I went to the office it was before closing. The doors were locked but the open sign was on. I knocked for a little bit no one answered. I took pictures of my car the soap and the scratches from their brushes. I went back the next day, explained showed the pictures. And what time I was there. The reaction was nonchalant. I ask for another wash they hesitated. They finally said yes. But I went thru the touchless and didn't accomplish anything. I'm not happy and will not be going back there.

The automatic washes and vacuums at this place are the best I've used in the valley. Never had an issue, their auto wash performs flawlessly, the cheapest $8 wash is a bargain with the wax and strong air dryer that works better than premium options at other places.

My tire was perfectly fine when I entered the car wash but somehow was damaged by the machinery operating during the wash.I went into the office after the wash to notify of the issue. I asked if I could use an air compressor or if they would put my car on the lift so I could change the flat tire quicker. I was told that there was not an air compressor on site, the lift was "broken" nor were there any tools available to change my tire. I had a work appt that I needed to get to and would have appreciated some help with the unforeseen flat tire. One of the workers walked out to the bay to check for any sharp objects, nails or screws that could have caused this damage. Nothing was seen, I explained that I believe the flat was caused by the metal leads on the ground since the damage was on the side wall or the tire. There were 2 able body workers just sitting in the lobby that could have helped me but refused to. I was told sorry but have a good rest of your day. So I drove over to the Maverick Gas Station across the street to change my flat tire. Surprisingly, 3 people came up and offered to help me. Random strangers are willing to help me and not the employees of a car wash that damaged my tire. I am writing this email and including pictures to Management is aware of this issue and make any repairs needed so other partrons and their vehicles dont suffer damage to their tires like I did and maybe make an air compressor available for when tires are damaged or low on air.

After choosing the platinum option and going through the automated car wash and seeing the results.. very disappointing. Pressure not good enough to remove bug splatter from windshield. Car looked messy even after the whole run. Stick to places with bristles instead if your car has more than just a dusting on the paint.

It is a really nice carwash and I have always liked to go to the carwash on a beautiful summer Sunday day and just enjoy the car wash and the sunshine and bathing and just with my girl and staying right there and watch all the cars. Come and go and just be there wash and vacuum and dust the floor mattress and I really need to have this in my life and I just love this location and I really appreciate you guys

I've been coming to this location for many years now. They've changed employees a few times but my experience has always been pleasant and as expected. I mostly bring my car and my friend's cars here for emissions, safety, and DMV renewals so I cant give you a current feedback on the car wash. I definitely recommend this location if you're just looking for a quick stop to get your stickers.

Wow. Called for an appointment and they said just come on in anytime. Needed a rock chip fixed. So, I came on in. Expert service, told me what I had and explained how they would fix it.
