I've gotten my oil change at T&N Auto Services a few times in the past few years. They've been great, responsive and they get the job done. But the past few things I've tried to make an appointment, they either don't respond to texts (their preferred way of communicating), or they overbook and my car has to be at the shop for hours instead of the 30-60 minutes it was before. Giving them more stars as they are a small business, but their recent lower reliability makes me hesitate to book with them.

I have been going to Tran at T & N auto services for many years. His work exceeds all expectations and he truly values his customers. He provides great customer service, is extremely honest and doesn’t try to upsell you like most others do. He is knowledgeable about all the services and diagnostic needed for your car and goes over it with you step by step so that you are aware of the work being done. Repairs to my car are always done quickly and his work is always consistently reliable. I fully trust his work and always leave completely satisfied knowing that my car is in good hands with no surprises. He truly treats his customers like family and has always done his best to accommodate my schedule. Tran is an exceptionally skilled mechanic. I will definitely be a loyal customer for life. Tran is a very honest, kind, and helpful man! He doesn't ever try to take advantage to sell on something you don't need. He does his job efficiently and he does it very well. He is always so busy but never turns away customers and provides amazing customer service. He works extremely hard. I've brought my car here on several occasions for oil changes and starter change and his prices are fair and his work gets completed quickly. I’ve texted him a few times for services and despite being so busy, he responds quickly which is very tough to do when you’re running a whole business yourself. I highly recommend going to him for any auto services. I will never go to anyone else. He deserves all the business he can get!! Thank you so much!!

I've been going to this guy, Nhan, since 2018. He's my go-to for any auto-repair/maintenance for my vehicle. Tell em whats going on with your car and he'll find the issue and figure out a solution. His prices ranges are pretty good in my opinion. When he finishes the job he shows you what he did using photos, showing you the old parts that were replaced, and he'll even top off your window washer fluid and radiator fluid, and make sure your psi legwork are good.

I have been coming to T&N for a very long time, but this will be my very first review. I have had issues with cylinders misfiring, lights going off on the dash that have lead to strange issues that other repair shops have failed to diagnose. Time after time, T&N has found the issue, and fixed my car in the same day that I have dropped it off. I feel I have a special connection with this shop, because my wife's car has had issues on several occasions, and the shop knowing she was pregnant and with three rambunctious boys, took care of the problem quickly so that she could get back to attending all the appointments and busy life she has each week. And not only does T&N have excellent service, they have very good prices. I had to get my brakes done. A shop in Campbell quoted me $750 for just the front. I went to T&N, and they did both back and front for $1200 or so. I would have spent $1400+ at the other shop. I have brought my car in and left in such better condition. Fluids have been topped off, OEM parts have been used, and the packaging shown to me to verify it. When the work is done, I leave the shop and I am just so filled with gratitude every time. I don't feel like I over paid, I have always felt like the prices were right where I expected. So, you have many choices on where you get your car serviced. But, let me save you some time and just tell you to head on over to T&N and see what I have been talking about. It might be a little busy, but it's because others are finding out. I am a little jealous, but also happy they have grow, from such humble beginnings.

My first time coming to T&N for an oil change. I like the fact that they have an appointment only system so I don't have to wait forever to get an oil change. I got in and out around 25 min. The entire job included an oil change, checking the coolant fluid, washer fluid and topping them off if low. They also checked all my tires pressures. Nhan also took the time to explain to me what he did and what services I should look into next. The price was very reasonable to me. I wish I had gone to them earlier for my car services.

I called around to get quotes on a 90K mi service because I have been using my car dealership's service center since I bought my car. I gave these guys a shot because of how much the other reviews stated how honest they were. T&N did not disappoint! Amazing price for honest and efficient service. Tran, Nhan took care of my car and to prove that the services were done, he took pictures and walked me through the changes! I haven't had that kind of service from a mechanic before! I’ve been taking all my vehicles to Tran at T&N for years. Tran is knowledgeable, responsive, flexible, and friendly. I have complete confidence in him to give us a fair quote, do excellent work, and get our vehicles back to us quickly. He returns my texts quickly and he always gives a solid diagnosis, clear recommendations, shows us photos when needed, and shows the parts he’s replaced. Did I mention how nice and friendly he is? I wish I could write a longer review to give you more information or confidence that T&N is a great place to have your car serviced and fixed. I’ll keep coming back to him anytime I have something that concerns me on my vehicle.

I went to T&N after my BMW engine gave me a overheating failure. Tran replaced the water pump and thermostat with genuine BMW parts, gave me timely updates via text about any status updates, and got the job done quickly as well! Tran the owner of T&N Auto Services has always provided me with the best services for the cheapest price. He takes pictures of everything that he quoted you on, the old and new parts. I brought my car to T&N Auto Service after my main mechanic gave up on fixing it despite multiple attempts. At that point, I honestly thought I’d be forced to buy a new car. Nhan, who worked on my vehicle, was incredibly professional and thorough. He tracked down a mysterious, random misfire issue that no one else could figure out, and kept me informed throughout the entire process with pictures and updates. While working on the engine, he also noticed that my suspension was severely compromised and fixed it as well — and at a very reasonable price.
