Alex and the team made the process for me getting new wheels and tires very easy. Thanks Alex for going through the process of finding the right wheels and tires and letting me know what to expect. The parts arrived in 1 week and the whole team was finished with my car in less than hour. This was the nicest car shop I was serviced at and had a really great experience. They even helped patch up my wheel so that it was safer to drive while waiting for my new rims to arrive. I definitely recommend anyone who is learning for a reliable car shop to come here!

The people who work here are soo nice. Misa helped me find affordable tires in my budget! Very professional and do great work. Very welcoming when I went in. Answered all my questions and also gave me options. Definitely didn't try to sell me the most expensive rims. They were really open to my budget and really worked with me. I was able to get financed right away. The financing part wasn't even that bad on payments if you get done in 3 months or 18 months it's really reasonable. The following day I did go in and get rims and tires on my Acura they did an amazing job! Thank you !!!!

Great place ! The owner was amazing! I order some nice rino rims and tires and unfortunately the tires I ordered were to big and it was rubbing I left and called him and he said " don't worry come back and get you the correct tires " they have to uninstall all the tires and do alignment and balancing again he did not hesitate nor did he gave me a hard time ! Highly recommend this place !

Got new tires for my Tesla here back in August, had a flat on the highway this month, had to pay roadside to plug the tire for me, then I took it back to Misael he took a look at it and was able to put a new plug and patch with no cost. (Español más abajo) After having an accident on the freeway and my car being un-drivable, I decided to come to this elite shop to get the best care for my car. As a college student they understood the situation and immediately helped me right away! They evaluated my car and in no time gave me the details of what my car needed and a very great estimate. Soon they added David to get my car fixed. It only took them about a day to get my car aligned and fully safe to be ready in the road! They have a clean environment with a great team that will help you with your needs! After a couple of months of driving my car after the service was made, I am happy to say that Elite Tires and Custom Wheels is the place to go! My car has been safe and running on the road; allowing me to get to school and more! They do far more than alignment and have an extensive experience on what they do and offer a lot! The manger/owner is always there to oversee that everything is well! (Look at the before and after comparison of my absolutely flat tire versus NEW TIRES which were absolutely cheaper than Costco… plus they did alignment for me as well!) Allow me to write one of good reviews for this place… honestly worth going to if you need new tires or need a patching. I was honestly devastated when I saw that my left driver front tire had a big dent on the rubber of the wheel… and this just happened after I got out of class. Thankfully, AAA came to the rescue, and the Triple A homie (his name was Carlos) referred me to this place. Very nice people and very transparent service. I’m glad I relied on the staff at Elite Tires and Custom Wheels today — not only did I get new tires, I also was in and out in an hour and a half… not even two hours and all new tires were installed on my car! They asked me what kind of tires I wanted, and they were very transparent about their prices (even did express delivery from their warehouse which, apparently, I was told, it wasn’t too far from my house). They even did alignment for free — and rotation, which they don’t do often at Costco because they’re too busy and Costco tends to have a bad reputation for overbooking reservations. They also speak Spanish too (para mi gente, este locación se habla español, creo que es más conveniente) — so that’s a BIG plus right there. I’d definitely go back again… so if you’re looking for tires, look no further than Elite Tires!

Elite Tires has serviced both my ’96 Dodge van and my ’06 VW. They installed new tires, repaired nails and popped tires, and helped with my calipers.
