This Union Deposit Road, Harrisburg Take 5 Oil Change is great. They actually show you the oil level on the dipstick and they have you rev the engine slightly while they check that the new filter is tight and not leaking. They also had my favorite oil - Mobile 1. They topped off my windshield washer fluid and tire pressure for free. The team on duty the day I went were very professional and courteous and they had great camaraderie amongst themselves. Also, they were super speedy. They have you stay in your car the whole time. They guide you into the pull-through and over the oil changing trough and when they are done you simply drive out the other side.

From start to finish, the guys and managers at Take 5 were great! Upon arrival, I was handed a cold water bottle. They were very attentive to the customer, no upsell, just an oil change and filter, and showed overall knowledge and respect. No upsell, checking on the car more then just oil ( air pressure, window clean etc) Waited in your car while they performed the oil change. Overall will definitely be back one of the only I will go to moving forward

They prop the car up with their own pole on the plastic trim of my hood. This bent the plastic trim and now the hood does not close all the way. Affordable but not worth the risk of them damaging your car due to negligence.

This is my first experience ever using a take 5 oil change and the technician that did my oil change, Michael was very personable , we laughed and joked , and as it turns out my son knows michael , they know each other , so it was a small world. I'm not from this area, so the chance that I would return to this location might be rather slim, but anytime I'm in this area If I find myself in the need of oil change, I will definitely go back to that take 5 location. They were very professional, very quick, but still very cautious and double checked everything, and it was the VerifIcation where one guy checked it and gave the stats of what he checked to the other guy and they just double checked each other, that I thought that was very professional and a great idea.

Wow just blown away. Best oil change experience I've had in a long time. They got me right in. Offered me a bottle of water. Put air in my tires did the oil change topped off all the fluids. I was in and out way faster than any other oil change place and they did way more. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been here twice, both times were pleasant. They don’t try to upsell you, if you say no they don’t keep asking. The woman (don’t remember her name, but she did tell me) she provided great service, was polite and helpful. The mechanic doing the oil change was also very polite. It’s not really that expensive either. It’s worth it for only taking 10 minutes. I was definitely out before 10 minutes. That team is all friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. This is the only place I’ll be going from now on. 👍

When I went for an oil change they only had two people there- one doing the work. It took an hour to be seen which was unusual as the previous service took about 15 minutes. Although they only had one person doing the work he was very apologetic for the wait and took his time to ensure he was being thorough. I’ve always had good and professional service.

Wonderful experience at Take 5. I normally get my oil changed elsewhere, but had about 30 minutes in between appointments and rolled the dice. Glad I did. Greeted with a water bottle, pulled in - fastest oil change I’ve ever had. Staff was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. I've never experienced an oil change such as this. Being newly single, the men in my prior life always took care of these things. So I was pleasantly surprised at the nice and thorough service everyone provided. They talked me thru everything and showed me my dirty filter so the I knew the new one was required! All mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable and truly seemed to enjoy their jobs. It was a pleasure. I'll be back but will use a coupon next time. I wasn't aware i could have used one.

everyone working was phenomenal! very very sweet people running this location, i was offered nothing but the best service. I arrived and was greeted with waters and a smile, the wait was short and very enjoyable given the atmosphere the employees working provided. it was all smiles and laughter! i think the drive there was longer than the entire service i received, not yo mention the 50% off coupon for the oil change that the young man helping me informed me of! ive never saved so much on a oil change trip! wonderful experience and i will be back!

My first time at a Take 5 and I was really impressed. The guys were really nice and I asked the intake guy about showing me how to spray an air sensor cleaner so he asked his manager. I didn’t know where it was located for sure and the manager did it and showed me as well. I will definitely return for my next oil change. They aired my tires that were low as well. The only think they forgot was wash my windows. 😁 For the high mileage I have on my truck getting the synthetic plus booster was recommend and it was what I had settled on before he asked me. Cost that I paid was fair since I had 7.7 quarts of oil and a new air filter installed.

Got in the bay, the gentleman gave us a bottle of water and got right to work. I wasn’t sure what kind of oil the car took and they scanned the inside of my door and pulled my vehicle information right up. Explained everything in full detail, then proceeded with the oil change. These guys were awesome. They even put air in all my tires. Thanks Guys! I will be returning again. Prices were fair for great customer service and performing great work in a timely manner.
