I work very close to this garage and for convenience, but also to support other local businesses, I reached out to them to simply replace my inspection & emission stickers because I had my windshield replaced else where. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone told me to come over on my lunch break. I mentioned that I could come immediately and he said it was ok to come right over. It should take 15 minutes. When I arrived, less than 5 minutes later, that person had to be hunted down and then acted as if I was inconveniencing him. I actually heard him through the wall telling his colleague to "...hurry up and get her out of here". The sad part is that the remainder of the staff was kind and friendly. Unfortunately, one bad egg ruined the chance of my return business as well as recommending them to others. Ironically, I am in the market for a new garage to service my car as the one I usually go to just closed down permanently. This place will not be on my list of replacements.

Great experience with Rippin Rides. One of a kind service. Couldn’t ask for anything better. They put a new engine in and turn around time was five days. That is awesome. I highly recommend them for any repairs.

I will probably not go back to them. In order to pass inspection they had to do rotor resurfacing on the front. They told me it will take "a little over an hour".I waited there for 2 1/2 hours, and had to have staff go back there to check on the status of my car. John, the guy who handled the front desk even argued with me and was kind of rude and said that he said it "would take at least an hour or more", but he did not say that. I could've walked home and gotten a ride back had I known it takes that long. A good friend of mine who is very familiar with cars said it only takes about half an hour for each rotor. When I asked the mechanic there, he said the rotors were really bad. But I hardly had any of the signs that appear with rotor wear and tear, like pulsating and such when breaking. Anyways, the mechanic, a young guy, was actually very nice and apologized. Nevertheless, I only went there because my highly valued car mechanic, Miller Automotives, has moved out of town.

I had my ignition interlock device removed, and they did the job quickly . . . And it was a fair price to what I thought it was going to be originally!!! Truth is several months ago they lost my business, and I started taking my car to a different garage to get my monthly calibrations for the interlock device! However, after I’m assuming whom was a manager called me to see what happened . . . I started taking my car back there again! This gentleman won me over, and as I said . . . I started going back to Rippin Rides again! They’ve been excellent ever since! Not that they were ever bad, but I had a disagreement with a worker about a price of a service I was going to need . . . I thought it was CRAZY, and we got into an argument over it! That’s why I originally left! I was able to explain this to the gentleman who called me, and he actually for the most part . . . Agreed with me! So, moving forward, I’d recommend this business to anyone!!! Thank you Rippin Rides!!

I just moved to PA from MD and had to get my cars inspected for mechanical and emissions. They did both inspections on my wife's Mini for a very reasonable price and even told me that they offer a discount for paying in cash or by check which they did not have to do. They provided the stickers and documents I needed and made everything very easy. My wife had just had her car serviced at the dealer last month and I appreciated that they did not try to "find" items needing repair. Would recommend.

Took my vehicle here for a second opinion pre inspection. They were 100% up front and honest with any and all repairs needed. The previous company tried to cheat my family for over $1000 saying my car “required” repairs just to pass inspection. So glad I followed my gut and tried Rippin Rides! They will be our future car repair and maintenance shop!!! Finally a shop with INTEGRITY! Oh and the man behind the counter was professional and knowledgeable about his craft!

Second visit and they were great both times. Bought a 2019 Subaru sti, I have been using rippin rides for anything I need that isn’t covered by the dealership. However… they charged me $275 to install 2 side skirts on my car, which entailed putting it on a lift and running 20 self tapping screws. If I had a lift I could do it in under an hour, So $275 seems excessive. I was shocked by the price and haven’t been back, now a year later they’re falling off my car and I’m going to have to pay to have them solidly installed.

Great all around auto repair shop for your classic, daily driver or hot rod. Very friendly group that explain any issues on your ride before they become problems. Pricing is fair, a nice clean waiting area, local garage feel. What more can I say other than I would definitely recommend!

I recently had body kit modifications performed by Rippin Rides on my 2011 MX-5 SE. Both the front S2 Racing Bumper with lip spoiler and the rear Ducktail Spoiler work were performed by Todd and his team with an impressive level of precision and detail for a reasonable cost. Todd and Don are awesome! They worked on two antique vehicles for me in the last month. On the BMW they got it to drive straight when three other shops couldn't, repaired a hard to find fuel leak, installed a new stereo system and speakers, and charged the air conditioning. On the Mustang they installed a new head unit, repaired a window that wouldn't go up, fixed a strange clunking sound in the rear, and fixed a manifold leak. All for less than $3000!!! They kept the cars parked inside at night and were really pleasant to deal with. I found my new go to guys for anything vehicle related! Thanks guys...Rippin Rides Rules!!!
