My truck overheated while going across the state on the turnpike, and this was the first shop that I called, they got me in and went out of the way to get me back on the road before they closed that day. I cannot recommend them enough. Professional, understanding and hard working. These guys had to make several phone calls for parts and call in multiple favors to get my truck fixed, and two of them even stayed late past their close time in order to get me back on my way. Awesome service through and through.

I can’t say enough about Team One Auto Group. I went in to have a tire swapped out on my Tesla, and as soon as I pulled in the entire front axle cracked. The team was so friendly and just was so glad I had made it there in one piece, they took great care of me and my vehicle. They had it repaired in two days, it was amazing. The amount of empathy and just personal care given to my case was awesome. THANK YOU!!!! If you are even considering giving these guys your business- go do it.

I had heard great things about this place and so decided to try them out. Very friendly. It was a couple week wait to get into their schedule, but what I needed done (brakes) wasn't an emergency. With people not wanting to work because they get more money from the pandemic payments, he has had a hard time finding and keeping qualified mechanics so he can only take so many vehicles at one time. I like that he just doesn't hire anyone, but wants to ensure they have the quality and experience he wants to maintain at his shop. The price was reasonable for what I needed done, and he didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary extras. Very happy. He will be my to-go guy for any other work I may need done on the car in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with Team One Auto and its owner, Jason Warren. I purchased a transmission that failed almost immediately, triggering service lights and leaving my vehicle running poorly. Despite multiple attempts to contact them—emails with proof included—I received no response. No call, no reply, no accountability. This is not just poor service; it’s negligence. Team One Auto is quick to take your money, but when problems arise, they disappear. Ignoring a customer with a legitimate issue is unacceptable, unprofessional, and damaging to their reputation. I will never do business here again and strongly advise others to avoid Team One Auto. If you value your money and peace of mind, stay far away from this shop.

I needed a new driver-side mirror. The shop installed a cheaper base-model mirror without the blind-spot warning, but charged me for the correct, sensor-equipped version. When I called to ask why the warning light wasn’t working (even though the sound still did), I was told I could “pay the difference” for the right mirror or that it might be a wiring issue. I was agreeable and was told I’d get a call back with an estimate. No one called. I followed up the next morning and was again told I’d get a call in an hour or two. Nothing. After doing some research, I realized I had already paid the full price of the correct mirror, and the one installed didn’t even have the blind-spot icon that all Elantra mirrors with that feature include. I emailed management with my concerns and mentioned I would dispute the charge with my credit card company if needed. The next morning, I received a call. The tone was very aggressive, with raised voices and no apology for the missed calls or the incorrect part. Despite that, the mirror was replaced that afternoon at no charge, and the correct blind-spot system now works properly. To be fair, the job was ultimately done correctly — but only after significant difficulty and an unnecessarily hostile interaction.
