Vendors beware! They do NOT pay their bills and refuse to. Bought an engine from Chuck's. Was told it was my problem I did not get the payment when we delivered it. Said they had to repair it. We had open warranty claim TO PAY them on and they STILL refused to pay for it. BEWARE!

Highly unreliable communication, inconsistent time frames on completion of service (waited over 3 weeks for a radiator), even after paying cash upfront. Always seemed super busy and had plenty of excuses for vehicle not being worked on. Giving two stars because they were able to replace a windshield quickly. Wouldn't recommend or go again. Maybe I just had a bad experience.

Zero star. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I brought my car in for what should have been a simple repair and the whole experience was frustrating. The timeline they gave me was completely wrong, communication was poor, and the final price ended up being much higher than what I was originally told. The main mechanic also gave explanations that didn’t really add up, which made the whole situation feel very misleading. On top of that, the issue I brought the car in for wasn’t even properly fixed when I got the car back. Overall it felt very unprofessional and disappointing. I definitely won’t be coming back.
