Yesterday was the first day I’ve ever been inside a target and I won’t be ever coming back. Me and my friend was looking around the ulta store inside of target and the lady who was working in the ultra store she was older and she had blond or grey hair followed me and my friend around the whole store. She was right next to us the whole time thinking we were going to steal. I have a lot of tattoos and I think that’s why she thought that. I have never stole in my life. I won’t be going back. She treated me like I was a thief and it was so obvious I didn’t feel comfortable being there so we left. Target do better!!!

I was at this store last June (2023) and it was great. My friend and I talked about it being one of the best targets we’ve ever been to. However I just went yesterday and it was absolute chaos. There was stuff everywhere. Shoes thrown all over the floor, all over the shelves, completely unorganized. The clothing racks were in disarray. Sizes all mixed up. Hangers missing clothes. Clothing sets missing pieces. Styles mixed up, colors mixed up. Tons of empty shelves. I understand there is a nationwide shortage of workers all over, BUT I saw several employees walking around doing absolutely nothing, with their hands in their pockets or chit chatting with other employees. So it went from the best target I’ve been to, to the absolute worst, sadly. I hope this isn’t the new norm for this location. I wish I would have taken pictures.

90 day exchange policy that is not clear.. it says most items. Tried to exchange an air bed that kept deflating and they claim i’m past the time i can take it back. only used successfully one time.

I shop here quiet often. They almost always have the item I'm looking for. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to the last couple times that I was there, I seen several younger employees acting a little unprofessional and this time a group of girls were speaking provocatively with no care about anyone around them.

I am writing to share my appreciation for the fantastic service I recently received at Target. On February 11th, I had the pleasure of visiting your store, and I wanted to let you know about the excellent experience I had.
During my visit, I was helped by Georgene, who went above and beyond to assist me with finding the items I needed. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I truly felt like she cared about helping me, and it made the whole experience much better than I expected.
In addition, I was impressed by how well-organized everything was. The store was clean, easy to navigate, and the service was fast, which made my shopping experience so much more enjoyable. I can tell that Target focuses on making its customers feel valued, and it really shows in the way you train your staff.
I also wanted to mention that your checkout process was smooth and quick, which made my visit even better. The attention to detail and the extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction are clear signs of a company that takes service seriously.
I will definitely continue to shop at Target, and I have already told my friends and family about the wonderful experience I had. Please extend my thanks to Georgene and the rest of the team for their hard work.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolute trash. There are clothes all over the floor and there was food and VOMIT. This is unreal. It's always this way. Trash. The First Ave. store is not this way. Get it together Target.

I go to Target quite often and I always like coming here. It's always cleana and everyone who works here is very nice. I really like the shopping carts, they are so much better then Walmarts. They are made of plastic and not metal and seem to have less problems then Walmart does. The only reason I'm giving it four stats and not five, is because it seems to take to long to check out, they need more works at the checkouts, but they also need more self checkouts, I prefer to use them more to use them more nowadays.

Pricing is either confusing or deliberately misleading. Thought something was labelled 4.99 and was $7+ at the checkout. Didn't have time to double check if it was my error or target's "error", I advise to double check all prices of what you're buying and what it comes to at the self checkout.

Tina on isle 8 was rude on Valentine's Day to my wife. She rolled her eyes rushing us at check out wouldn't let me put rewards in. Said I wouldn't get points for that. She said I get paid to stand here I don't care. She had a nasty and snotty attitude. She needs to be fired and replaced.

I love Target because whenever you walk in, it smells and looks so clean. Everything sparkles. They have a wonderful selection of merchandise, that is different from other stores, it's unique. I also found really great bargains in the clearance section. Nice open spaces, you don't feel cramped up in and area where you have trouble turning around. Staff was very helpful and friendly whenever I picked up my online order.

Probably one of the worst targets I’ve been to, would not recommend to anyone especially anyone looking for clothes. Had to wait forever for a fitting room due to no employees attending it. Women’s clothing section was super dirty with clothes all across the floor.
