Overpriced. Service is mediocre, and it took close to two months to get my vehicle back. My quoted 3k in damage was repaired with aftermarket parts, not factory stock, without my knowledge or consent. The paint finish is horrendous, and the quality of work is nowhere near the price point they were asking. Never going back to Taylor's. Please take your vehicle elsewhere for service

I have had two vehicles serviced here. The first was from the sun roof being left open and rain getting in the car and they not only picked up my vehicle from my job and returned it but they also in mid term of repairs was waiting on a stereo system part to be shipped in from china it was factory Rockford Fosgate but they returned by vehicle to me and the day the part came in they picked up my car and returned it fully repaired the same day. The second vehicle was from a minor accident and its a 2010 not only did they repair it but the paint job was incredible you couldnt even tell there had ever been any damage or a painting done. Steve is a honest professional man and gives the best service and Mel in the front office is a gem. She is always friendly and great for a laugh these people are genuine and very caring and the best i work in insurance and i can tell you they are by far the best body shop in town hands down!

I took my car here anyway despite the last review that was posted. I did so cause a guy I work with said he's had his car repaired at Taylor's a few times as well as several other places in town and has had the best luck here. They finished my car in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the paint and body work. I can actually be a bit critical with repairs made to my car since I actually went to school for collision repair and worked in a few different shops in the past painting cars. Not only did they fix the damage from a hit and run that was done on my car but I had a few nicks in the paint on the rear bumper they gladly repaired without any additional charge. The staff was also very nice and friendly through the whole process honestly couldn't have been happier with everything.

I had some work done on my car recently. Everyone in the office and shop were extremely friendly. They repainted the entire passenger side of my car and it looks amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing some body work done! As a bonus they got my car done 2 days ahead of schedule!

I called this shop this afternoon to ask if they do paint work on vehicles. I was unaware that my husband had previously called this location. The woman that answered the phone was very rude, responding to my question with a “you have already called here & no we don’t”. I responded by saying this was the only time I had called them but thank you for the information & she just hung up on me. Again, I was unaware my husband had already reached out to them, but there is definitely a more polite way to respond to someone or just simply say no, we don’t.

Consummate professional as always, this is the second time I've had to get work done at his shop, and while unfortunate that events have led me there, I'm thankful he made the process painless as possible. While it takes awhile he at least admits he's behind, and his work is worth the wait in my opinion.

You come here and are welcomed with a fake smile from the owners wife and their dog that smells up the office. If you come here for a estimate for any reason the guy will tell you’re wrong & how to go about your situation because he knows more, comes off pretty aggressive & rude like his wife on the phone from previous reviews. You’d think they’d be a nice welcoming professional body shop for being downtown, nope. Can’t handle customers concerns respectfully, so if you end up or already are getting your car serviced by this incompetent body shop you’re in for carless work since he is backed up past 3 months.
