I had a leak exhaust manifold. I called Tenn's Auto center for a quote and they quoted me for $651.56. After the repair they charged me $1007.89

Lack of customer service , to begin every time you walk in you can feel that negative actitud , they never called me to reminder me appointments and when I call the day before my appointment to confirm “ they give me the ok on the phone “ next day when I get there ( they go like “ oh sorry your appointment is not today is tomorrow , I made a mistake “ mistake that I have to cancel all my activities of the day and I had to drive 1 hr back and forth) BUT this is all the time .. they just don’t know what they doing and the lady’s there need to retired.

I recommend going here, although they did increase my quote twice before I brought the car in and added an extra fee to charge my battery once I dropped it off.. Great service and prices though, just wish I would've gotten an accurate quote from the start.

Needed a cam bolt replaced on strut and steering knuckle. Had already done own lift kit and 1 bolt was frozen. Asked them to remove with their tools, if not no biggie just call me and I come pick up car. They call claiming 4.5 hours of work so I showed up to get car, but it was on the jacks and mechanic working on it right in front of me. chatted to mechanic briefly about work being done etc. On arrival to collect car later was told off by 3 different staff “you are not allowed to talk to mechanics” none of their stories lined up and some of the work mechanic told me was done I hadn’t asked for but was then not included on invoice. Terrible experience. needless to say 300 plus dollars for 1 bolt which I supplied them with for the replacement. If you want to be patronised and ripped off then this is your place.

I will NEVER bring my business here again. I am from out of state trying to register my car. I got the safety inspection and it failed for "tail lamps" and registration like expected. Not a word from the guy about this, and I didn't realize it until I was reviewing paperwork for my DMV appointment. I went to the appointment anyway, and they made me go back to get the tail lamps "fixed". The tail lamps weren't broken, so it was an error on their part. GREAT. Then I went back to finish the approval after the DMV appointment and get out of this circus, and they won't finish it without the plates installed (they did not tell me this). They CHARGE to install license plates. I asked to borrow a screw driver, and they won't let people borrow equipment. Do you think being a brand new resident I have a screwdriver lying around? Thanks for the quality customer service and run around. Never again. I will say one of the front desk ladies was very kind, that is one redeeming quality, not redeeming enough to keep my business.

I bought a truck off an old man here in Hawaii because I got stationed here. I am given numerous receipts with this vehicle 90% are with this company, I thought it must be a good place to go if he is so loyal. Then my truck had the engine light come on, and it was a large evap leak. This place charged the only man over 600$ to fix that not even 4000 miles ago, my trust eroded immediately for this company.

READ THE FINE PRINT! They did a brake repair, which was requested. They didn't ask, nor did I need, an oil change. It was written on the approval sheet they gave me, but never verbally discussed. Please review EVERY LINE of the acknowledgment of services, they snuck that one by me and they did that for an additional $57. A very bad practice. Won't be going back.

There should be a red flag or cone in your driveway indicating you are closed for business, the brown cables across the driveway are hard to see and I ran into them and damaged my car.
