★☆☆☆☆ ***The response given appears weak. I called the shop doing the repairs. They informed me neither you nor whomever you have your business insured with ever came over to inspect the damage on the pickup. As we all know, you cannot diagnose something without physically seeing it. You assume you know what happened. We all know what happens when you assume! I am becoming more ashamed that I ever conducted business with here. Like a child that was caught in the wrong, you are doubling down on the "not my fault". All that needs to happen is for you to file a claim with your insurance provider. We know the process. This is exactly what we do for a living. All companies have business insurance. The process is not difficult. Anyway thanks for answering and proving yourself once again. Keep those fingers pointed at others. That way you never have to accept any blame! Good job! I really enjoy rating companies very highly. If deserved. Most do deserve 5 stars. I love when a company stands by the customer. Did not happen here. An issue came about. Instead of going above and beyond for the customer (me), I was told, "not our fault". The reason I began conducting business here in the first place was due to the fact they are a Texas company and not a "national" brand. After a quick Google search I see why what happened has happened. Make sure you know at least a little about the companies you do business with. All I received here was deny deny deny. I don't blame the employees. They go by company policy. I was left on my own. Thankfully I am able to handle my business. As a Marine Corps vet, you want to believe everyone has your best interest at heart. Unfortunately that isn't always the case. Lesson learned! Back to the big national brand. At least they will stand behind the customer and attempt to make it right.
