My pick up began having "grinding" issues out of nowhere so I suspected my brakes needed replacing. I called John at Brothers the next day to make an appointment and he said just to take my pick up in. They got me in immediately and it turned out that I not only needed new brake pads but also new rotors. John gave me a price that was better than their competitors, but still a bit more than I had hoped for. He was willing and able to help to a price that was both good for me and Brothers. As John put it, "I am here for a purpose. To help people when I can, however I can." Needless to say, I was very pleased with the overall service that John and the rest of the staff at Brothers provided. My family and I will be going here for any auto services we may need in the future. Highly recommend!

Took my truck in to get inspected, my vehicle was running hot. The brothers were very thorough, and time management was amazing. My truck was fixed and drove off very well. This place is reasonable, honest and they care for your well being. John is a very honest and Christian man who goes out of his way to help you! Recently I drove from the east coast to visit friends in the Detroit area, and after a few days there I started to hear noises from the right front area of my older Mercedes Benz. I called the local dealership only to learn that they would not service cars older than 10 years., which surprised me. My friend subsequently called Brothers Auto Center and they agreed to inspect my vehicle as soon as I could bring it in, which I did on a Friday morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem which required replacing a worn front wheel bearing and inner tie rod. They also identified a few other issues which would require attention, but I felt no pressure to do anything. After speaking with the owner, John, who reviewed his quotation and assured me that his mechanics could finish the entire job on Friday, I decided to proceed with all their recommendations. I picked up my car that night, and have been very pleased with all their work. Following my positive experience with the way I was treated, their fair pricing, and the work they completed in such a short time, I would not hesitate to recommend Brothers Auto Center to anyone who experiences problems with their car. This is truly a small business that understands the meaning of customer service.

I had some work done here a couple months ago and then somewhere else. I noticed a couple issues and took it back here. Not only was the issues from another auto place that did work afterwards, John took the time to fix it because it was dangerous for me to drive. Moved to the area about a year ago and finally found a great auto service center! I set up an appointment with John, the manager, to check out my car on Friday. We then had it worked on Monday after the weekend. Completely professional and explained the issues of the fixes, John and his team did a great job. Prices are fair and I will be returning in the future. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to other people in the area. Great work!

PLEASE believe all the 5-star reviews. I cannot say enough about their service! I finally found an honest mechanic who will take care of me. Prices are reasonable and their customer service is AMAZING. I can’t believe how kind they are. They take care of you promptly. John fixed something another shop did incorrectly and didn’t charge me a dime. He was so kind and kept me informed every step of the way. I recently started having a lot of issues with my car after taking it to a dealership to get a part fixed. I was referred to Brothers Auto Center to have it fixed and I can genuinely say I could not be more grateful I found John there at the shop!! It is hard to find a car shop where you don’t feel like you’re being taken advantage of as a woman and I AM SOOO THANKFUL!!! John is honest, kind, and happy to help you and work with you as much as he can, multiple places refused to work with the warrantee I had purchased with my car and John was not that way at all. I cannot recommend this place enough. He got my car back to me and it sounds and feels so much better! Brothers Auto Center now has a new lifelong customer because I know if I need anything I’m in good hands there.

This review is long overdue...but I have to share my feelings about this place. The fella's that work here are HONEST. That means everything, especially to a woman like myself. They are fair and will tell you exactly what is going on in laymans terms. They never used mechanical jargon that left me wondering what they are talking about...as most slick salesmen do. They are not that. I would recommend everyone to come here for all mechanical needs- from getting a lightbulb change to (in my situation) repairing what another mechanic failed to do. God bless these good people!!

I had such a good experience at The Brothers Auto Center! I had spent almost two hours trying to get rusted screws off to change out my license plate by myself the night before, and it was done within 2 minutes when I took it in this morning. I was able to make it to work in time, and he didn't even charge me. I really appreciate the kind and quick service!
