So, to start, my truck had the death wobble.... other shops were already talking Major front end repairs at major expense! My friend suggested this shop as they are honest and take care of his 4 diesel trucks. After dropping it off with the Truck Shop, they called and kindly said I need to rotate tires ..... that’s it... a tire rotation:)! They saved me thousands and earned a loyal customer! As a single mom I can’t explain how much this meant 😌

Quick breakdown. Took my Ram 2500 to three dealerships, and one transmission repair spot in Temecula, CA before taking my truck to The Truck Shop. None of these places could help. The dealerships just wanted to sell me product and not the transmission issue I came in for initially. I seriously don’t think dealerships repair service departments are they to help. They are only there to push product rather than the issue with your vehicle. The other transmission spot in Temecula were simply incompetent and just gave me a runaround. Mind you, at this point I’ve paid up $350 at this point just to conduct an assessment of the issue, only for them to tell me nothing. But not The Truck Shop. As busy as they were, they took my truck in and it was so rewarding to finally get a diagnostic of the issue with my transmission. It was very comforting to actually get answers of the issue. David is the man. Dude called all around to find parts for my transmission, because parts were on back order or hard to find. But what’s so amazing, is that I was not charged for repairs till pick up after the truck was fixed. The best truck repair shop in Temecula,! if not, in all of California.

2007 Suburban 2500. "Rear Access Open" continuously populated on the dash. I was throwing parts at it, and family needed car. I couldnt figure it out. These guys shot some wiring and diagnosed it quickly to a damaged wire by the parking brake lever. Electrical work on vehicles takes skill. These guys are Pros. Very reasonable pricing, and honest. Highly recommend.

Just wow, recently I took my 2002 f250 7.3 diesel into The Truck Shop to get serviced with some random problems. I just got this truck 5 months ago and have no idea how diesels work. They walked me through every step they were gonna take and got it back on the road and were cheaper than the initial estimate. We have taken are 6.0L Ford F-250 there twice now and they have fixed it both times. This is after we tried many other diesel repair shops. The other shops charged us a lot of money and couldn’t ever seem to fix are truck. The truck shop has been great they seem to be honest and had my truck in and out quickly. The last repair was less then the original quote and my truck is running perfect. It is so hard to find a good diesel mechanic . We will be going back . I won’t let anyone but the truck shop work on this truck

This whole team is amazing. We use them for fleet service at the company I work for. Honesty seems to be the core value here and it is much appreciated.- Took my personal truck here prior to a long trip. They did what I originally requested plus gave suggestions on fixes while they had parts removed. Did not feel pressured at all but reassured that the truck was in great shape for the adventure. I appreciate there is still a shop like this.

Brought my 1997 RAM Diesel in for what I thought would be serious and expensive repairs. The engine was making noises like it was about to explode. This is my first visit to the Truck Shop. Problems fixed the same day. Only had a few loose bolts that needed tightening. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable mechanics. Great integrity demonstrated. Another shop may have taken me to the cleaners. Brought in my 07 Chevy 2500 for a check engine light (transmission codes) and a general trans/transfer case/differential service. In just a few days i had her back with 2 new transmission valves, new trans wiring harness a few new seals/gaskets, and a full transfer case and differential service. Put a few thousand miles on since with no issues. If you’re looking for a shop to get some work done this is it!
