911 RV Repair are very upfront and honest. I called them on a Monday and they were able to schedule us in and complete all the work on our RV by Friday. RC came out Thursday did diagnostic test and fixed our AC. Brian came out Friday did an oil change put in a kitchen vent and cleaned off the roof and resealed everything. They were very respectful, thorough and timely. The best part was they took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend them if you need any work for your RV. Thank you very much. We will comeback for any future needs with the RV

So thankful for 911 RV Repair! They are very professional and resolved our problem in a hour! They came out and fixed our AC unit the day after I called for a very reasonable price. The technician came out promptly on time diagnosed a problem with my RV One of my slides would not go in. He told me what the problem was. And proceeded to fix it. I have owned and rented RV’s the majority of my adult life so I have run into many mechanical problems while using them. Which means I have dealt with large RV service outfits, mobile mechanics, and various other shops and none have conducted themselves as Robert has with 911. He was transparent with pricing, he was personable with our needs and circumstances, and he was vastly knowledgeable with the problems my RV was having. Which he was the third person to come out of which the previous 2 companies charged me and failed to correct the issue. I can’t say enough good about this company. As long as they are in business they will have my RV work and have earned a valued customer for life. Oh my goodness! I cannot begin to tell you how very impressed I was with the service that I received from RC tonight. Just for the record, it is the 23rd of December, and it was about to pour down rain but he met me and solved the problem fully. He took the time to explain how everything worked in order for us to be able to understand and fully use the full functionality of our coach, because it had a solar system that we didn't understand very well at all. We are definitely coming back to see these guys in January for the deferred maintenance that we found out we still need to take care of when we bought this used a few months ago!! Thanks a million - you saved Christmas! You guys are the best.
