This is about customer service. Stopped by to get an estimate but they didn't want to see the car, they just wanted me to drop it off so they could immediately start repairs and bill the insurance company. I tried to explain that this was more of an interview to see if I trusted them with my repair. She insisted on me just dropping the car off and letting them repair it. So I have no idea what they would be looking for, what to recalibrate and what possible surprises could arise from such a collision. This interaction left me with zero confidence in their skills. As a customer I want to know what kind of company is handling my repair and if it's not in good hands, I will go somewhere else.

I took my car there for a minor fender bender, they did the work fast, and kept us up to date. The problem was when I picked up the car there were several scratches on the drivers side that were not there before and not noted in their pictures or walk around. The car was also extremely dirty, they tried to tell me they had washed it the night before pick up but because it was parked on a dirt lot it got dirty. I don’t believe it and won’t use this shop again.

We dropped it off on Monday, and it was completely finished by Friday. I’ve never had body work done this quickly. For comparison, my Denali was at the GMC dealership for a transmission and A/C replacement, and that took several weeks—though to be fair, they did give me a really nice loaner truck free of charge.
