*NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN* The first time I went was to replace one tire and it took them 40 mins and they were extremely friendly and great !! But today I went to replace one tire at 11:30 and we was there for almost 2 hours!! We were waiting in the lobby so who knows when the car was done ! We probably stayed there longer because I saw the keys at the desk and a Gentleman with a white beard just typing away on the computer and wasn't till one of the other workers came and saw that I was staring at my car. No communication at all. Also very weird almost rude atmosphere and vibe I got there. Use to be my favorite shop now it's the worst. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Been coming here for years. They've seen and worked on all my familly members vehicles. I have never felt overcharged, or taken advanatage of. wait times are acurrately depicted, and if I have more than a simple service, they update me, as I wait there, along the way.

I took my car to best for less tires because it has been leaking water. We have been to them prior our truck and we liked their service. They were very nice and told us that they could not help us out further with the cars water pump and referred us to A-1 auto to get it fixed. When I asked them what do I owe you for looking at the car they said it was free of charge! I thought that was very nice. I will still use their services for my tires when they are ready to be replaced.

A Stellar review !!! This shop definitely beats the big box tire shops in my opinion. Their Prices are outstanding and very competitive, but more importantly the well rounded team here is very knowledgeable and experienced. It's been a while since I've walked into any automotive location and felt like everybody there came to work that day for me not for a paycheck. Friendly attitudes, and VERY clean shop, and certainly a comfortable experience. (and didn't break the wallet) But there's more, the cherry on top was certainly the conversation they had with me regarding some suspension components on my vehicle that would hinder the purpose of getting an alignment with my new tires. Instead of Selling me on what HAD to and or NEEDED to be replaced, he kindly explained what parts had become excessively worn , what there functions and purposes were, and why they would need replacement prior to getting an alignment. (Many shops would have happily done it twice and charged me twice) A side note : They were unaware at the time I had owned a successful Tire Shop out on the East Coast, and I do all my personal and work vehicle repairs myself. I only brought my vehicle in to give myself a break as I was heading out on vacation and thought it would be nice to have somebody else work on one of my vehicles for a change. I was very impressed with the extent of their industry knowledge as well as their understanding of vehicle components and ability to explain it to their sometimes not so mechanical customers, so they could understand. I can now confidently say that I will not be burdening myself with quite as many automotive tasks on my vehicles as they have quite diligently earned my business , and that's despite the 40mins of travel each way. Five stars , A++++ , there's quite a few shops between where I live and where they're located. 100% earned my business the 1st visit. Kudos to the Team, well done !!! I'm very much Obliged Guys!

Unless you’re dealing with Paul don’t even waste , they say free rotation, but if you have a Dooley, that’s not accurate. When you have a flat without even looking at it, they want to charge you for it screw them.

Great shop, Honest and trustworthy. I recently had them do 4 tires, brakes and alignment on my wife's Mini van. Prior to this they have done the same on my Truck. Very friendly team keeps me coming back year after year. Excellent communication and fair prices have been consistent over the past 4 years of me using their services. These guys were super nice and knowledgeable, definitely will be using them in the future. Five stars for sure 😊 Edit: took my vehicle to best for less tires to install my new tires and they damaged one of my wheels. They didn't tell me what they did to the rim , I found it after I had parked my vehicle in the garage a few days later. No I did not curb check my rim since the car was not driven after storing it away. That is totally dishonesty not to mention poor workmanship. I was dissatisfied to say the least not to mention that they messed up my property and hiding it. Beware check your car before leaving their property or you could fall victim to dishonesty and property damage as well.

My daughter took her vehicle to a local tire service center for a simple oil change. I will not mention the name of the company, but they have various locations throughout Southern CA. They told her that she needed $1400 worth of steering components. She took her car to Best-4-Less Tire for a second opinion and spoke to Chris. Chris informed her that the parts were fine and probably had another couple of years of wear left. He also informed her that if the parts were actually in need of replacement, their cost would be $800. Thank you Chris and Best-4-Less for being honest with your customers! We will continue to take all of our vehicles to this location moving forward.

I’m not sure that anybody can use the word for service mechanics as being honest, but Jeff Richardson here at Best For Less Tires has been battle tested for years. Any estimate over a certain value we always shop it around and Jeff comes in swing and hitting a home run every time he saves us money and he doesn’t over service our vehicles he doesn’t under service our vehicles he balances a delicate line, keeping everything affordable and lasting a long time there’s nobody we trust more than Jeff at Best For Less Tires. There are many other good people here helping us Paul Del Bosque Chris Salazar, Rich Richardson we are thankful for the whole team over here. We will be continuing to come back over the years despite living/operating an hour away and we bring many all the way back to Temecula with a smile on our face and a little heavier wallet. We recommend Best For Less Tires and we don’t believe you’ll find a better company. There’s a great atmosphere and vibe in the shop. Everybody loves being there. They have a spacious and open area with all lifts. You won’t find a better equipped tire shop that does full service.

I own a fleet of trucks and cars and I have been coming to this shop since 1998. They are the best. This is a place where they stand up for their warranties and will never lie to you or come up with extra charges. But to me the loyalty that I have with these guys is huge. This morning one of my trucks Axels broke on the freeway. We took it straight to Tires for Less, dropped the keys off in the mailbox and called them at 8:30. I don’t know if I’m special or not but as soon as I told them what was wrong they jumped on it right away and 30 minutes after I got an estimate for 748$. 3 hours after my truck was done and the biggest surprise they said “sir your new bill is $548, that part had a discount” for me that is honesty and shows this place is truly amazing. I give them 5 stars on top of 5 stars. Thanks to Paul, Kenny, Jeff and all the guys that give top quality work to all my cars.
