Different Stories every time I inquire about my repairs. Mchale, Katherine M 10:41 AM (1 minute ago) to me Hello Richard, The body shop submitted a supplement that still requires approval from our appraiser. The shop has been aware of this requirement for the past two weeks. Yesterday, our appraiser provided the following update: “I inspected this vehicle at the shop. I was told by the shop that 3 separate insurance companies were involved with this claim. They told me they were told not to do a tear down by one of the other insurance companies. I asked the shop to do a tear down and write a complete estimate. I have followed up with a phone call to see if this was done but they have not completed the tear down or an estimate at this time. I will keep you informed.” Our appraiser also mentioned he was having issues getting ahold of the body shop, which also delayed the process. I’ve been in communication with Ray at Crash Champions, and he has been aware since 8/15 that Enterprise is handling all repairs. It’s unclear why the tear down has not yet been performed. At this point, we are waiting for our appraiser to re-inspect the vehicle once the tear down is complete in order to approve the supplement.

I am currently sitting in the lobby of Crash Champions Temecula and I must edit my review, not because of the puddle of water that was in my trunk but because the front desk reception is rude and condescending. It rained and my trunk was full of water. It was discovered because I had a flat tire. Obviously there is a missing seal of some sort to keep the water out. How long does it take to look at that. They asked me to bring my car back to get looked at then this lady has an attitude because this is an inconvenience for me and my entire family. 10 out of 10 I no longer recommend solely because of the front desk reception. I hate rude people. Talking all loud standing over me in front of other customers smh……… trash. How about everyone humble themselves and fix their mistakes.

Took my 2023 Honda Accord there because I was hit by another car in the back..The gentleman there were really nice,helpful, & answered all my questions. They did a Great job! My vehicle had pretty dramatic damage from a minor collision. Crash Champions was recommended by Geico and I can understand why! My Service Advisor Rob was communicative, professional and friendly and kept me updated on the status of my car. I did not have to call or check in to see what was happening. They were also able to install some aftermarket parts and fixed my vehicle up looking even better than before the accident. Very happy with their service and how to car never even appeared to have been in a collision. Thank you Rob and Crash Champions! -UPDATE- Bumper bracket failed and became loose. Notified Rob at Crash Champions of the issue and he took care of it right away under warranty. He was even willing to install a new front grille for me while the installation was taking place. Also a special thanks to Chelsea for her help during these appointments to get everything done.

Crash Champions Temecula was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Communication and follow-up were major shortcomings, I received little to no proactive updates and often only got answers after contacting my insurance claims adjuster, who then had to reach out to the shop on my behalf. I was also told a manager would call me back regarding delays and a missing part, but that never happened. I’m leaving out of state and was assured the repairs would be completed with ample time before my departure. Instead, we waited over a week for a needed part with no clear status or options, which forced me to involve my adjuster to discuss alternatives. The vehicle was not ready by the promised delivery date, and when I picked it up I immediately noticed damage along the bottom of the driver-side door that I had already pointed out during the initial estimate. After leaving the lot, the alignment was still off, so I had to return again to have that corrected. Ultimately, I now have to coordinate with another Crash Champions location near where I’m moving to complete work that the Temecula shop did not finish properly. I can’t recommend this location based on my experience.

Recommended by AAA insurance. Very good customer service. Repairs nicely done and completed a day early. Only worry is the heavy Cadillac that hit me just under the rear bumper, bent the left exhaust forward and crimped the exhaust pipe. I just hope there is no hidden crack in the engine exhaust manifold. The muffler shop sub just inserted a new pipe section. But repair is lifetime warranted so that is reassuring.

Paint does really match, some spots, bumper does fit properly nor don’t he fender flares have plastic tabs hanging out like a soar thumb but they don’t see it. Also missing bolts to hold it in so clear gap but they don’t see that either like the gap between the front bumper and the hood. The person to handle my job didn’t bother checking it either. If it can go wrong it did.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at your shop. The communication throughout the process was terrible — I had to chase down updates on my own, and your staff offered little to no clear information. To make matters worse, one of your employees left their personal belongings in my car after the service. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It shows a lack of care and respect for customers’ property. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately and for steps to be taken to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I trusted your shop with my vehicle, and this experience has completely broken that trust.

I was unfortunately assigned to Crash Champions by GEICO after an accident, and this was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was given a long pitch about how efficient and communicative they are. Vehicles are never kept longer than two weeks, customers receive frequent updates, and no parts are ordered without customer approval. None of this turned out to be true. I dropped my car off on a Friday and was told I would receive an update on total damage and when repairs would begin by the following Wednesday. That update never came. Both representatives assigned to my claim went on vacation while my vehicle was there, and despite multiple calls and voicemails, I received no callbacks. No one at the shop could tell me what was going on with my car. During this time, my vehicle was being left unlocked overnight on their lot. I received repeated notifications around 10 PM that all of my doors, including the hatch, were unlocked, which was extremely concerning. I finally contacted GEICO to file a complaint. Only after that did the body shop respond. The GM called, apologized, and promised my car would be washed, the gas tank filled, and ready for pickup by a specific date and time. That date and time were delayed multiple times, and communication remained inconsistent. I was given conflicting explanations for the delay, one employee said faulty parts were received from a Toyota dealership, while another said parts were never ordered and the issue wasn’t discovered until calibration. To this day, I still don’t know what actually happened. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle: • The gas tank was empty (despite being promised it would be filled) • There were new marks on the car that were not there before • Interior leather damage that was supposed to be cleaned was untouched I am still waiting for a promised follow-up call from the GM. If you say you’re going to call a customer, do it. If you promise something will be done, follow through. This experience showed a complete lack of accountability, communication, and care. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. Photos are attached to support my experience.
