A bit disappointed in the cost of parts. Looked up at auto parts store, could have purchased for half the cost. Also took my new part and claimed it was bad and returned it themselves for core cost return. Leaving me out on getting the core $ back for myself.

This place installed an ignition interlock on my Porsche cayenne turbo - well they put a dent in my fender, they cracked the plastic under the dash in the driver side where the wire runs from the camera into the dash - this plastic now sits out of place with the vent now punched behind the plastic in addition to stripping a screw out! I had an appointment set with lifesafer at 9 am and it ended up taking them two days for a one hour job! Then when I get home I find that the unit wasn't installed right and it stays on even when I shut the vehicle off... I was told to disconnect the batter otherwise I will get violations on my license! I had a pre purchase inspection done at a dealership days before bringing my car here - I have a feeling that they installed the unit in a way which is not protocol! I'm very upset since I haven't even had this car a week and already had the value slashed due to the negligence of this shop! We will see what kind of compensation I get - if it's not sufficient, I will be suing! WATCH OUT IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE!

Friendly people. However I had a LifeSafer installed there. Wires were everywhere, copper exposed and barely thrown together with tape. After much back and forth with LifeSafer I took it to some guys in Blaine to reinstall properly just to later switch interlock companies all together.
