For any reason do not take your car to The shop they are crooked and you will never have a good driven car ever again ther will Create more problems for your car that you didn’t have before it will rip you off to the max and you’re gonna keep on coming back and they were telling you This type of car always has problems and reality that create the problems so that you keep on going back take my word for it I spent thousands of dollars and never had a good driven Car good luck stay away from three point star motors

Let me start with Pedro is the man. I've been burned at other shops a couple times, I never get options. It seem like it's always you need to do this and this is how much money it's going to cost and I get very little explanation. Here I get options and explanations. I've gone to Les Schwab, Meinke and American Tire for quotes and been quoted for the same services here and I've usually saved at least a couple hundred dollars each time. I've had him work on a couple of vehicles now he's done everything from wheel bearings to air conditioner repairs. I never feel any pressure and I definitely will continue to come here for my auto repair needs.

Eduardo and his team are on speed dial for when we have a problem with our BMWs. We've got 3 cars with 100k+, one with 200k+, and 3PSM has always been very fair and will investigate cheapest option to repair, sometimes finding used parts which can save a ton of $. They are the only practical way to maintain a well used vehicle.

I have never felt more comfortable leaving my BMW in the hands of a competent team and quick and efficient mechanics quiet like I do here at TPSM. My car is a 1996 318ti and I would love to have it for another 10 years. Ever since I got my car, there have been random issues that only these guys have experience dealing with. They asses my issues and keep me well informed about the process. I don't think I will be switching shops for as long as I keep my new car, and will probably be here when I get my next vehicle.

This place is THE BEST. Eduardo is the man! He is so amazing. He wants you to understand your vehicle and empower you with the best knowledge to take care of it the best. He always shows you the part, where it usually fails, where it did fail and how to prevent it next time. He is beyond helpful and a wealth of knowledge. I have even called him from the road asking him questions and he walks me thru what is going wrong and what to ask for if I go to a shop that isn’t his. If I am in the sac area, this is the ONLY place I will take my Sprinter. I won’t even go to the dealership because I trust Eduardo the most to make sure it is done right and not overdone. He doesn’t tell you you need a new transmission when it is just the conductor plate. He doesn’t tell you you need a new turbo when it is just a cracked hose. Love this place to pieces.

I've been bringing my Mercedes E320 to Edwardo for almost 10 years now. He was referred to me by a friend of mine. I've dealt with many mechanics over the years and have never met a more honest and knowledgeable person who does excellent work. He also has the cleanest most organized shop I've ever seen! I just wanted to leave a well deserved review for the Three points star motors service team & owners. These guys stand behind there work & guarantee it! I had a major brake service performed with new rotors & the brakes were making a squealing noise from the beginning of my completed service. I let service know & they told me to bring it back in. They replaced all the brakes & there is complete silence now! No charge to me & did my 100k service in the same day was completed. Also very reasonable priced compared to the Mercedes dealership. They have a vast background experience in dealing with Mercedes & I highly recommend this business!

What I love about Three Points is their flexibility and creativity in how they approach repairs. Unlike dealerships, which often take an “all-or-nothing” stance and can be overly rigid, Eduardo and his team find smart, strategic solutions that are both high-quality and cost-effective. Here’s how I work it: I take advantage of my dealership’s oil change deal (free every 10K miles) and then head to Three Points for my 5K services in between — that way, my BMW 430i Drop Top gets the best of both worlds. Just the other day, after my oil change, the dealership recommended a repair that would have cost me over $1,500! Eduardo gave it an honest look and said no — it wasn’t necessary right now, but he’d keep an eye on it going forward. That saved me a ton of money and stress — and kept my wallet intact for the rest of the month. Eduardo’s honesty, expertise, and dedication to real customer care are what make him my go-to guy. This is a terrific auto repair shop specializing in German built autos. We have two Merc Benz and have had several over the years. This is the shop we trust for every from regular service and all repairs. Eduardo is highly knowledgeable and friendly, his advice is for the benefit of the customer. Multiple time they could have easily advised me to get major work done when something less costly or free was the best solution. They use oil specially made for German engines and the shop is clean and tidy. With the new expansion to a larger space they offer a comfortable waiting lounge with coffee and drinks. If you are looking for a great shop to take care of your expensive German built vehicle I would highly recommend Three Points Star Motors on Auburn Blvd.
