My care couldn't be repaired so I started looking around on the internet for a car. My daughter has had 3 Hyundai cars and has loved each of them. So when I had questions. I filled out a request on the internet. I received a call back from Marcos very quickly. He was very informative and wanted me to come in, however, I had no transportation. He came and got me! We talked a bit and he told me to relax he went through the available cars, and said I will be right back. When he came back he had the most beautiful car and just the right color.. what an amazing time. I drove off with my new car. And I love it.

DON’T BUY HERE!!! READ YOUR CONTRACTS CAREFULLY!! I went with my friend to get her car they tried so hard to get us with a bunch of their adds ons for the car. We declined and went to the finacial department. As we just finished filling out the contract the guys I pad died and said we had to do everything over again, After being there for over 5 hours we just trusted they he would get the same contracted we negotiated for. Turns out he added $6000 worth of stuff. We didn’t noticed until a couple days later. We called the manager of the store to talk about the problem with them and the store manager said to get an attorney and it’s our fault. Horirble service here. They are scammers!!! Never come here.

I still owed 32,000 and something on this vehicle that I bought in the beginning of 2023 Hyundai Tucson paid out the door when I left this dealership 43,500 and something look at how much I tried to refinance it in April 2025 it’s worth now Between 14,000 to 18,000 that’s how much it’s worth in 2026 that’s sad the reason why I had troubles refinancing the car why am I getting punished in a car taken away because I could not refinance it I paid on it for 2 years. Two freaking years on time I think I missed one payment and pushed it back of the loan other than that I paid on it on time….What did I get out of it? You guys took 2 years of payments from me and I was stuck with a car that was worth nothing. I did not have Between 9 to 11,000 to pay for a refinancing company to take the loan. so my payment could go down from $700-$350 a month that I could afford I figured that would’ve been nice considering I paid on it for two years …..They said it was due to markups at car dealership. I am writing this letter to everybody before you buy a new car. Remember if you do not have Between $11,000-$20,000 to put down on a vehicle because you’re gonna want to refinance it later do not buy it because it’s gonna be upside down before you even get the opportunity to refinance it in a bank will not take it unless you put a lump sum down they will not take the loan think long and hard before buying a new car because it loses so much value faster than you can pay it off. I know it’s been that way for years, but it’s gotten worse. Big corporations are marking up their cars more ????so they could take more money from customers and at the end of the day the customers are left with a car that’s worth nothing might sound good at first when they give you a car with $2000 down and a payment between $500-$800 a month but when you wanna go refinance that car, let’s say six months to two years later it’s lost so much value because of their markups??? I owed more on it than it was worth and you guys got your car back and I got nothing. And about $14-$16,000 I paid into the car minus interest and me as a loyal customer. I guess big corporations like taking money people go through hard times I made payments for 2 years on time but I had a baby in April in 2025 I could not work for a little bit and I got behind when she was born. I wanted an extension but at that time Hyundai financing only offered me one extension I didn’t know that I could’ve gotten 2 extensions. The last lady I spoke to she was like if you don’t mention it, they don’t offer it. I could’ve had 2 extensions at the time. But was only offered one because I didn’t know that they offered 2 considering I paid on the car for 2 years on time and I was trying to refinance it as well all because I did not have the upside down balance of $11,000 for a refinancing company to take the loan. I had to give the car back and I got nothing so for a Hyundai dealership for all dealerships do you really care about your customers or do you really just care how much money you can take from your customers which is more important because in reality you would not be in business if it wasn’t for your customers ??????in the first place buying your vehicles remember that big corporations used to be loyal to their customers they’re not anymore

Great experience with Ramiro, I came in not knowing what I wanted, I explained what I was I thought I was I interested in and didn’t have a ton of time to try’s whole bunch of cars. He nailed it on the first car. Transaction was super easy, he was able to bring all documents to my home to expedite the transaction. Amazing service all the way around. I would definitely recommend him for your future purchase. Another car purchased with Brandon and Rahual, definitely would recommend purchasing through this dealership. Staff were pt heard my needs and wants on a vehicle and nailed it once again showing me the best of what they had to offer. I would definitely purchase again!

We bought our 2023 Tuscan at Tim Moran Hemet and love our car. I really wanted to buy here since our daughter had such a wonderful experience at gosh Toyota. However since the first time we set foot on Tim Moran car dealership to look at our Tuscan the gentleman that showed us the Tuscan we ended up buying was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional! And he was supposedly a manager. We left and later a different gentleman called us and we then went down and bought it. He was very nice and helpful. Since we bought a certified and it had a few minor things to be done we scheduled to bring it back in to have those few things taken care of.. let me just say we’ve been back maybe 5 or more times and each time has been a nightmare!! And from the last thing they fixed the nut/screw fell out from the steering column. Our whole experience has not been a good one by any means! I would never ever buy another car from here again!

Aj in sales and Matthew sales manager were so helpful. This was my 3rd Hyundai I visited. 1st Temecula walked around waited for someone to help and no one came. 2nd Corona got helped pretty quick met the sales manager wanted to give me crap for my trade and charge me way more than the new suv was worth. Lastly I arrived here in hemet and met AJ no tacky pressure and just genuine which is so hard to find these days. They inspected everything to the tires when our son hit the pothole hard during the dark raining night that caused a flat tire. We assumed it’s only one tire but we were wrong. They found 2 damaged rims and advised us to drive carefully until the new replaced rims arrived. With their photo evidence from my car, it helped me how much they cared about our safety.
