I was very pleased with the service. I went next door to Angie's 50's diner to have breakfast. Allen Tire employees were very kind to me. I was very satisfied with the work. I just moved to Hemet and I was referred to them. Word of mouth is the best referral, experience with a company. I will be going there for most of my auto needs and next door to have lunch and wait for my car.

Very friendly salt of the earth folks. They took care of everything we needed for our jeep & they were very affordable. Gave us a great deal for all 4 tires, alignment, lug nuts, new serpentine belt, and battery. And only took about an hour.

I'm getting new tires today at Alan Tires. I've been going here for many years. I went to Les Schwab one time, and they tried telling me I needed new struts. When I took my car to the dealer, they said my struts were in great shape.

Jose was awesome, came thru on a Sunday afternoon with one of my tires off one of my vehicles for my wife. It had a piece of shrapnel in it and needed a repair. He got me in quick, got his tech to start working on it right away, and best of all - it was FREE of charge. I had called Firestone tires before here and the guy who answered over there was rude and condescending. So glad I called Allen’s and they were able to help me out.

There are few things I hate worse than some man at a repair shop that tries to take advantage of a woman by flat out lying to me. When they called to say my car was ready they must have seen that the message was on, on my dash, that said i needed to have my oil changed. They lied to me saying my "oil was bone dry, it doesn't even register on the dip stick". Either they don't know how to read a dip stick (I do) or they lied to get me to have them change the oil. Since my engine hasn't seized, and the dip stick did register oil, it's pretty obvious they were lying. Buyer beware.

I took my truck into find out about a break issue they said they would take it apart and let me look at it after 30 minutes of waiting and watching four men wandering around my truck, one vaping, I began to feel uncomfortable and went out and said I wanted to take my truck they said they were calling for calipers to which I didn't agree for any work to be done and they also told me that my brake pads were down to one centimeter and I shouldn't drive on it I needed to replace to brake pads and rotors right then. I didn't feel comfortable they didn't show me any brake pads rotors anything so I just said no I wanted to take it to the dealership. The man at Allen's Tires kept saying that I was at one centimeter he made it clear he wouldn't recommend I drive it. But I took my truck. I looked up when I got home and brake pads are measured in millimeters. One centimeter would equal 10 mm which is a typically a brand new brake pad so I'm glad I did not let Allen Tire replace my new brake pads and rotors as they suggested When I did take it to the dealership the brake pads were at 8 mm no replacement needed. Brake issue had to do with the rain and cold weather.

Great group of guys! My Tire Pressure light came on and they were the first ones I hit up. They were able to replace my tire (wound up being two because BOTH of my back tires wound up needing replacing) and I was on my way in under an hour! Everyone there was courteous, professional, and I couldn't recommend them enough! Thanks, Guys!

I was quoted a price over the phone 2x of $78.99+tax for an oil change, even after I mentioned the car needed 7 quarts. I was charged $127 & change. Almost a $50 difference. The employee didn't honor my quote, and said the call center doesn't know. Why have a call center that lies, and an organization that doesn't honor quotes? He was more interested in selling us tires, than the oil change. He said the vehicle needed tires. We took it to America's tires where they disproved him. I will never go to Allen tires again for anything. To be lied to about pricing, and "bad" tires is shameful. Not honoring a quoted price and charging nearly $50 more is shameful. Allen tires is a horrible company. I'll stick with America's tires from now on. They have never lied to us. For my jeep, Allen's tires said "buy 3 get one free", and quoted me $998. America's tires for better tires quoted me $700+, which isn't a buy 3 get one free, and a better tire. Allen tires needs to not lie to customers. That was my first experience with Allen tires, and will be my last.

Tires I ordered on line were there. Service guy seemed a little bit weary but said he got the tires because they did not have them in stock. But overall they did an excellent job and provided great service.

Very honest… properly care about the people. I really loved the service. Also they told me the service was going to be until 4:00 pm that day and right around 2:00 pm ( since 11:30 am) got the call … done ✅ … I asked them if I needed new sensors for my tires and they said NO… I know being a woman some people take advantage, the the person attending was kind… thank you for the great service. 🤜🏼🤛🏼

I was in Monday morning to get a typical oil change/tire rotation. The manager at the counter was leaning well over the counter and grunting grabbing at his neck and breathing heavily. He would not hold up a phone he just used the speaker phone so you heard it all over the waiting area. The bathrooms were FILTHY and not an example of a customer restroom. As soon as the car was in the bay he walked around it quickly as a tech popped the hood to start the oil portion of it. The manager (assuming manager) walked in and said brakes etc ok but I needed tires and tried to sell me tires using an offer they had going. Question - how do you know brakes etc good based on a quick walk around right after it got to the bay ? Hhhnmmm……I’ll press on. The service was completed and again he mentioned tires. I got it the first time. To stop the discussion I told him no tires today and just put a quote on the work order. I did not see employees talking to each other or be in any way social. It appeared based on the above as if these folks are just going through the motions. If corporate has had prior action with this shop you may want to have a look and improve on your progress as well as make sure the manager is physically able to work and pickup a phone to speak to customers, vendors etc. oh one other small thing. When I made the appointment for service I didn’t get anyone at the shop I got someone in the Philippines. This has to stop. This place isn’t so busy that they can’t answer their own phone. I will not be back for any future services. Good luck on improvement.
