This is confidential information and not to happy to have witnessed the customer receive the returned invoice. Be careful with who you entrust with your information people this was unprofessional in the least

Parts department isn’t what it used to be anymore from previous years as far as customer service. Don’t get me wrong still good on getting items on time but customer service is subpar, every time I call or go in seems like you’re a burden too one of the guys back there or has a somewhat lazy attitude assisting you makes me go to auto parts stores or just order online now. Hector and Jonathan the previous parts representatives were great, awesome attitudes and were always a pleasure to talk too about parts and vehicles, unfortunate they are longer there anymore. (UPDATE :Jonathan is back and a new guy Mario took place of the last guy great choice guys are back on track with good attitude and im happy to go there again giving one star more)
