Brought our 2012 Ford Focus in for overheating issue. Very friendly and professional. Explained their process for checking the system. Called and gave us updates, repaired, rechecked and checked possible other damage from overheating. Brought the car in the afternoon and had it back the next day before noon. An Auto Shop done right. Such a great group of guys! We had to take our RV in for emergency diagnostic and inspection before a long and important roadtrip. Due to the nature, it was last minute, and everyone we'd called was booked. We were later referred to Ice Auto Repair by others we had called and we were not disappointed. Even though they were also full, they did their best to make time for us. The experience we had encountered was stressful, but these gentlemen treated us well from start to finish. They got us in, as quickly as possible, working to make our situation a prority, with understanding and earnest compassion. They worked on it all day between servicing others, point checking every aspect of our concerns, plus some, addressing each one with care, and even test drove it multiple times to ensure that our safety came first! They didn't overcharge, or try to tack on service's and parts we didn't need. They are forthright, polite, and patriots to the core.
