This was one of the worst shops I have ever been to in my life. I live like 5 mins away from the shop I dropped my mustang off due to overheating issues and spoke with the owner.ok before I even get a foot in my home he calls my phone saying my radiator is gone and I blew a head gasket I live 5 mins away then he says 600 for parts and labor for radiator, 2k -3k for head gasket and in the same breath he says I don’t know how much money ur working with but I have a couple of cars for sell from 2500 and up. Ok so at this point I already knew I was being hustled so I just played along with there malarkey and just hoped they didn’t mess up my car for real when I got there The Whole shop was in on it the son everybody so paid 50 buck for diagnostic for no reason and took my car to Midas around the corner they told me just the radiator fixed it and haven’t had any problems at all and they said there are no head gasket problems.so pure scam artist I called better business bureau to report them so more people do the same they need to be shut down

Very unprofessional, Scott is not professional.Does not know what he's doing took my car to get service Overheating issue Got the car the next day they said everything was good i paid $330 ,i Drive the car to my house it Overheating They wanted me to pay again Saying it was other problems please don't take ur car here Scott is very unprofessional.Don't trust that man.He wanted me to bring radiator fluid After I paid for everything Because he said he used his own that doesn't make sense they will steal from you in your car too I was missing change

This place just wants your money! My mom bought a battery here 3years ago with a 5year warranty. Took her car in with a dead battery and they charged her $25 to have the battery tested to find out it is a dead battery. And instead of honoring the 5yr warranty(which my mom paid more for) they told her they’ll give her $25 towards a new $250 battery!?!?🤬🤬🤬 plus they said she needs new wiring harness. Total of $700+ for everything! I called around and a wiring harness is only $20. This place is a scam and I will be reporting them to BBB

They have always been helpful in doing what was needed and keeping the cost down, then suggesting that other not so serious items be done at a later date to spread the expense over time. I'm from Alberta Canada and had a wiring problem with my car. I was quite worried about taking it anywhere to be honest. When I called Scott he seemed to be very honest and up front. He did a preliminary look and found the problem and gave me an estimate. He fixed the problem and kept to his estimate and even replaced my windshield wipers in the estimated cost as well. If I ever need help with any mechanical issue again while I'm in Hemet I will definitely be going to see him and his people.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP THEY WILL JUST KEEP MILKING YOU Ignition interlock device. They said my battery was bad. It wasn’t bad never had a dead battery or needed jump. I had them Replace the battery like they suggested. Now a week later I have a dead battery and they won’t even look at it without charging me more. Shouldn’t there be some guarantee.

Went for smog check but I knew my engine light was on, I know full history of the car and had my brother work on it years before. Since we moved to Hemet I had to find a new mechanic, I came here after reading reviews and brought everything I knew about the car to the owner. Now as a woman who has a brother as a mechanic I knew exactly what the car needed, I just love seeing what other mechanics throw at me. I have a misfire and the owner told me I needed my catalytic converter replaced. He gave me this big explanation as to why and it sounded very convincing. After looking at the shop it did not look trustworthy. Amazon boxes and stuff stacked everywhere. Never went back after he set my appointment.

Theyre indiferent but if they were anything but what the option I was giving I love all body shops and this one is probably great but you have to something before you correct it no offence DVAB .you'll be the first when I need a body shop .keep slinging Bondo and throwing paint but watch out who's handling your mail.

They fix one thing and they break another. I paid close to $2000 dollars so that my car not be worde they gave it to me with the check engine on, and bad breaks, supposedly they give you a one-year guarantee, I have gone 3 times to tell them that my car did not turn out well and they just talk and talk but they do not solve my problem, the truth is I am very dissatisfied. They steal money here i do not recommend.

I'm 59 years old (2019). I've been taking my cars to Diamond Valley Auto Repair for years. Frankly, I was kind of shocked at the negative reviews I saw here today. My experience with the owner, Scott, and his crew, for that matter are without a doubt the most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with and they have gone out if their way to save money for both myself and others that I have sent their way, even when the shop didn't know I'd sent them. They've repaired everything from my Diesel Ford Truck to my Toyota Prius. Both of my sons have taken their vehicles in as well. Their work has been outstanding. I recommend them highly.

Quick and cheap compared to other shops! I will only go here to get my car fixed. They’re very honest and work in a very timely matter. I’ve gotten multiple cars fixed here and it’s always fairly priced. They’re very kind and it’s enjoyable every time. Feels like family. I could never take my business elsewhere.
